*ALL THESE* people having to dance around the extremely high likelihood that Addo-Carr simply used drugs. His close mate Latrell Mitchell got caught for the same thing the other day. Addo-Carr is like Blake Ferguson, Todd Carney, Mitchell, and the other players who just aren't grown-up enough to a) stay out of trouble and b) be man enough to cowboy up when they're caught.

Need to test positive to tongue wipe drug test TWICE during the time you are stopped to be disqualified from driving for 24hrs. If second test negative, inconclusive or, as in this case, not done, you are free to go. But don't let facts get in the way...😮
I have had a false positive, was negative at police station. Only drug i had that day was a coffee. So has josh reynolds! I think about 10% of positives are false positive

Isn’t the question more, What is the NRL DOING regarding drug use in their ranks? C’mon, the fans aren’t mugs!!! The past few years there have been numerous “suspicious” incidents involving players. The toilet incident up the highway, the recent photo incident, now this. So NRL, surely in this day and age of supposed PROFESSIONALISM, the fans deserve no less than to know that their players are professional and clean. Your testing standards and compliance and outcomes should be now CLEARLY STATED AND IMPLEMENTED. I worked in the mines and a positive test to alcohol or drugs at work was instant dismissal. Imagine if player A gets on the nasal juice say on a free Wednesday night, then surely he would test positive for Saturdays game??? Are players playing under the influence? Definitely if they’ve been tooting for a few years. It’s residual toxic buildup, Are some players having a line before games??? These young testosterone filled athletes with HUGE salaries need to BE CLEAN ( ie, weekly NRL drug testing), honour their contracts, to show their fans that they really are the best. the club has not stood him down, ado made the call himself. People are innocent until proven guilty. Stop guesiing and wait for the result, also he has previos said the he is happy to be tested by 3rd part Doctors. He has done the right thing by nthe club by taking the focus away from this weeks game

I think also that players in the NRL aren,t the only ones in the code using nose candy. Mr Gould,s credibility rating might plummet severely after this also I think. He talked about degrees of truth no such thing it is either the truth or a lie simples. And I would think that he would be bitterly disappointed with Josh if he told him porky pies when he backed him to the hilt. Couldn,t see josh playing in Australia ever again.

He’s made gus look like a fool here. He’s finally gotten them to the finals now he’s answering questions and defending the clubs integrity days away from their biggest game in years. Once Gus give the nod you’re gone. Joshy won’t be at the bulldogs next year you can bet on that.
You’re kidding aren’t you. False positives happen, that’s why they do the second test to send away for confirmation and if he did test positive why did they allow him to drive home?
@retroray58warby98 Second test for lab has to be a test of fluids. A second tongue wipe positive result is what disqualifies you from driving for 24hrs. Police already confirmed why it wasn't done.
Its obvious that it wasnt communicated to josh what hes situation was from the police at the time who probably just said yeop off you go and rushed away
I have no idea if he took drugs or not (and he must be proved to have before he is considered guilty), but I put no credence in what Gus says - either way, Gus is going to spin it to make the club look good.
