This song Oceans is such a heavy song spiritually.. I actually looked up Corinn and her sister singing this together and had a full breakdown, thinking of Corinn, and thinking of my own loss. When I was 15, I lost my best friend Anna in a terrible car accident. She was 17 years old, her 19 year old brother died in that wreck with her. Anna was able to pass away at the hospital, which made it possible to make her an organ donor. Her heart is still beating today, and that gives Me great comfort.
My daughters life was saved April 9 2019 because of the selflessness of others. My daughter was 6 months old. I could have lost her but god had other plans for my baby girl and I still have her here today.

I have been given the gift of life, I think of my donor and his family every singe day. I lost my mom 2 days when I got the call they had a new liver for me. I like to think my mom had something to do with it and I pray she got to meet my donor in heaven.🙏🏻

I used to work for a VA medical center and we lined the halls when a veteran passed if the family allowed it. The morgue cart was covered with an America flag. The first one I participated in was for a female Navy veteran and I'm a female Navy veteran also. I cried my eyes out! Such a wonderful way to honor a hero. As she was leaving the unit they perform a short tradition of "piping the veteran" off duty. Alot of people say bad things about the VA system but the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis IN made me so proud to be serving my fellow veteran heroes.

My nephew just received a liver transplant 4 weeks ago. He just turned 31. That was the best b-day present he ever received. We are so thankful to the family. My husband & myself are both organ donors. Hugs & prayers to everyone

When you’re saying goodbye forever, that’s all you’re thinking about. We hardly noticed those coming in and out of the hospital room, and when needed, the staff is incredibly comforting and do their best to stay unnoticed. Organ donation is the ultimate gift a person can give, and I plea for everyone to register as a donor.
That’s why it’s called an honor walk. All those people honoring the one who passed...as a way to thank them and their family for their organ donation. I think it’s amazing.

I remember the moment the moment I was awaken with my phone ringing at 4 am one morning. And it was my cousin to tell me our beloved grandpa all of a sudden stopped breathing. And he had a DNR (do not resuscitate) I was in the hospital and I was like what you mean, he was okay last night we were at home watching TV and laughing, and eating pop corn and now his heart stopped beating? Please save my grandpa. But we respected his DNR wishes and he was an organ donor. The hospital had the honor walk, seeing the support from the hospital staff, friends and total strangers who was visiting either friends or family. It was a bit comforting to know we have support but still hurts. He was my rock when my parents was going through a bitter divorce it was my grandparents who helped my mom to raise us so when the doctor told us there is nothing they can do it felt like my whole world falls apart. This was a couple months ago.

I just saw Corrin's sister, Genavieve, auditioning on American Idol tonight talking about her sister's accident. Made me cry all over again for this family.
You know, I just want to thank you for sharing such a personal sweet time of your daughters last moments on this earth to those of us who grew to love her the past few years via her uploaded videos. It means a lot to me. We will see you again Corinn! What a blessing you are to so many, RIP angel.

Corinn is still doing God's will in death as she did in life. Tamara you have a beautifully strong Christ loving family. I came upon this video yesterday and I've watched Gen's video as well. Corinn's story is heartbreaking but uptifting as well. Your family's strength during this tragic time is a testament of God.
Corinn was and still an inspiration learning about her tragedy was so heartbreaking.. but after learning of her faith in the lord brought tears to my eyes because she was such a faithful servant to god her time was up and he said to her this is your time it’s time to come home. She is a true inspiration to me and she has thought me how we are supposed to be as a servant to the lord and walk in faith each and every day. I wish I could have known her.. I lived so close and never knew that she lived so close to my town.. rip sweet girl! May god continue to bless your family as you are safe in the lords arms forever and always now.❤️❤️❤️🥰

Thit is so true! I lost my Dad suddenly one night from a massive heart attack when I was only 20. It's been almost 20 years and it still feels like yesterday. You learn to somehow continue on, but you never feel whole again. You always have a crucial piece of your heart missing. You walk through life wondering what it would be like, wishing you could hug them and tell them things and you do your best to think about you'll see them again someday and that they are still with you, just in a different way. Until somebody loses a loved one, you have can't understand or grasp the feeling, It's just... not, possible.... 💔
Bless you and your family dear lady and, you have my deepest condolences. Hearing your daughter sing this song, stirred my soul, even though I gave my life to Christ at age 13. I can't explain it but, her singing has done something to me, but in a good way. May she R.I.Paradise.

What a woman, what a family, Corinn is a Hero of mine now as is the family , she gives life to others selflessly as does her family, a hard decision to enact but done graciously so for others to live on, I know this Why ? because I am a surgeon. I have dealt with families in this position & let me tell you they are all amazing people and I am super humbled every time ... God Bless you all as my work is giving life as is theirs.
I’ve been praying for y’all we have never met but Your daughters have blessed my life in the past few years when I was not in a good place in my life I prayed before I went on RU-vid looking for an answer and Haven popped up at 3am and I have followed ever since then. I love your family .
My 5 year old grandson was born with stage 4 kidney failure he started dialysis at 5 months 11 hours a day and angel gave a beautiful gift to my grandson Rylan he gave his kidney he had his transplant a 2 year old he is 5 now doing great and is in kindergarten god bless you all💚💚😁🌹🌹

This hits home so much to me. I lost my best friend recently to cancer and she was only 12. I miss her so much. She was like a little sister to me. sleep tight Zara and Corinn. 🙏🙏
I looked this beautiful, talented young lady up. She died in Feb 2019 in a head on collision. She was only 18 years old and came from a very close knit family. Such heartbreak.

Corrin came with her in 2018 when she auditioned the first time and made it to Hollywood week. They show clips of them together then. Buckets of tears seeing Genavieve's pain a year after the accident.
@@WalkingbytheSpiritAlways yes, they still have to be alive by machines so the organs won't deteriorate. That's why you see the med staff pulling equipment down the hall too.
So much has changed since this day. So many doctors and nurses gone. This unit is closed. This is hard to watch for so many reasons. Love you Linkowski family. There was a day when things were better. Glad your precious girl is with God. The rest of us need prayer that remain. Thank you for sharing your story.
