Having studied and practiced the course for over 5 years now, I can say that I truly agree with your definition of anxiety. Experiencing the miracles by being open and willing to call forth the witnesses of love is the most fulfilling sensation one can enjoy.

Thank you so much for your sharing of anxiety issues. Its something that has just started to happen to me which I believe is linked to the menopause and it attacks me within seconds and is always completely irrational! Just before finding your video I prayed to Jesus for help and he lead me here, and my anxiety is already settling, almost gone 🙂. Jesus called forth a witness for love for me - he brought me to you. Hi Corrine, I am curious about the people who experience no anxiety or depression that lead fulfilling and creative lives and feel no particular need to connect with anything other than the the self they wake up with every morning. I remember being one of those people and I don't think I was less connected to my true inner spirit in those days. What I am trying to say is that I am suspicious of the mechanics of my own mind and so why now, because I am experiencing mental disturbance , should I believe all of a sudden my state of mind is due to a disconnection with God? This thought is in fact the main obstacle that prevents me from digging myself out of this hole so any suggestions would be welcome ,thanks.
I had a similar experience but it happened spontaneously not in answer to prayer. But looking back it is so similar to yours. And time doesn't exist right?
