You brought me to tears! These were my songs growing up as we worshipped God in Spanish. Actually we still sing them! God must love hearing his praises in all languages. God bless you!
The spirit of God is universal. I think it’s so amazing how we don’t need to understand the words to receive from the Holy spirit! Bless you Miki, my sister in Christ.❤️
En la cruz it says; in the cross, in the cross, I first saw the light and the dirts of my soul he cleaned. It there by faith I saw Jesus and forever happy I’ll be with him
THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT THE TRUE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST LOOKS LIKE,NO RACIAL BARRIERS. ALL COLORS FROM ALL NATIONS MAKE UP THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST. TO GOD BE THE GLORY! THIS PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE THANK GOD FOR HIS JOY. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
The song that Papi sang: En La Cruz Me hirió el pecado, fui a Jesús. You can find more information on the our hymn archive website: cantosapostolicos.org

I cried the entire time I watched this. My mama who passed June 2020 would sing these with me when I was a kid. I sang them to her as she was dying. I know she is in heaven now, singing them in the presence of the Lord. I miss you so much, mommy.
What a wonderful way to Praise your sweet Mom right into the Savior's arms. Hugs and love to you.❤ It's in faith that you shall see her again. It will be a joyous occasion.👑
My condolences to you and your family. My mom and I sang these very songs in English. I also sang to my mom before she took her last breath 11 years ago this past March.
I'm not Spanish and I didn't understand one word but this was the most beautiful uplifting worship I have ever seen. Jesus Deserves to be Loud. God Bless You all.
No wonder I was such a happy child and kid growing up. I was born into this. Imagine from the womb you are hearing this uplifting, powerful life saving words from our father. Just amazing. 42 now and this takes me back to an amazing place in my soul.
I’m weeping and rejoicing on how these coritos has taken me to the days of my childhood growing up in the Pentecost church. I remember the love & fear of God was truly evident. Praise you Holy Trinity 🙏 Thank you Israel for these beautiful coritos please please do part 2 and may God continue to bless you, loved ones and ministry abundantly.
What a beautiful encounter. May the LORD bless you and guide you. I pray that He will hand pick individuals to guide you along and answer your questions about Him. May He also lead you to a church of His choosing where you can be nurtured, supported, and grow. If you're ready and willing ask Jesus to be the King of your heart and His Holy Spirit which you felt will come and live permanently within you.😊 Let us know how we can help support you.
God bless you 🥰🥰 the LORD has a bigger plan for your life than you think of yourself .. trust in Him and He will make your path straight .. Jesus is the way and He is waiting for you with opened arms to say yes to Him and so you can experience His loving presence He loves you so much He gave up His own life so you could be washed clean when you say yes to Him 🥰❤️💕
This takes me back to when i first in church w/my Grandparents! My “Tata” Gpa and my “Gram” ♥️ the best 2 people in my world 🗺! All of them really but all of them we sang!, and we had the navy blue gold letters hymnal! I remember it perfectly..❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 the Spirit of God could be felt in the church! It was as if the roof would MOVE UP N DOWN! Be there was so much FAITH N PRAISE N WORSHIPPING OF GOD it was MAGICALLY but much more SPIRITUALLY A BLESSING for me today 5/1/2022! Man, when I tell you that when he starting singing “En La Cruz En La Cruz” I was done!!! Straight tears. These himnos will forever live in my heart. ♥️
I remember listen to these songs when I was a youngster in church. Wondering working power. Man I wish I could go back to those days. Took them for granted but never again will I. God is good all the time
Me hiciste llorar!
Oh look at Papi lindo enjoying himself 😍😍😍 After watching the whole video Papi lindo is still the best part of it. Got me teary eyed watching so much joy and love And I‘m a Muslim. Praise the Lord for we are all brothers and sister’s 🤲🏽
Been having a hard time , instant tears at the first hymn. I grew up evangelical christian and know all of them. Can feel the the annonting through the screen. Go papi Lindo!! Praise God !! I have this on replay and cry every-time.
God knows what is behind those tears read Psalm 23 it covers every walk of your life and at the end God promised you by David saying surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life and you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever! Call on the the name of Jesus when you are down he will never leave you or forsake you💜 Remain encouraged. Remember in your weakness Jesus becomes strong.
This was so uplifting and made me miss my parents who pastored a small Spanish speaking church back in the day. The Lord is so loving and kind. He gives you what you need and you didn't even know you needed it. God Bless you all!! 🥰 Thank you Lord 🙌🙌
It’s crazy that these songs have really grown in me when I was a child growing up in a Christian household. Makes me happy that these songs are not forgotten. Because of these songs, I became a musician and would always thank God and my family for showing me these songs that I will forever cherish in my heart ❤️
I love how they sing English and Spanish! Thats why is si important to raise bilingual kids! Specially if their grandparents are going to be speaking spanish
Aleluya...!!!🙌🙌🙌🔥🔥🔥
I’m literally cryinnnnggggg. It’s so hard attending churches and never feeling represented when they say “let’s take it back” during worship. Everything down to the hand gesture is my childhood 😂😂😂. As kids, We used to imitate of the most gentle, woman of God, Mildred, God rest her soul, with the hand gesture. 😂😂😂 thanks for doing this!!!!!
When Papi Lindo started singing “En La Cruz” I lost it completely 😭😭😭😭... it reminded me so much of my dad. He passed away 4 yrs ago and that was one of the songs that he would always sing. 😭😭😭

Adrienne voice sounds amazing singing to the Lord and in Spanish qué Dios los bendiga Glory to Jesus 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 Dios es maravilloso. Me encantaaaa. Glória a Dios
Was feeling down today and this pops up while I searched some mariachi Christian worship...so so beautiful & uplifted my spirit! I look forward to having worship like this with my children one day and my parents whom I continue to pray for in their coming to know the true love of Jesus ❤️ thank y’all for this!!!
I am driving I had to stop to let the Spirit of God touch me .. I cant stop crying . This took me back home I can hear my grandma singing in the kitchen .. Alabalo señor , Gloria a mi Jesus . Thank you this is beutiful.
En la Cruz - At the Cross At the cross, at the cross where I first saw the light, And the burden of my heart rolled away, It was there by faith I received my sight, And now I am happy all the day!
I was raised in an Hispanic church and they played these songs all the time growing up but sadly we lost our senior pastor to covid this year he was in his Early 90s now every thing has changed they stopped singing these songs about 5 or 10 years ago. So thank you for bringing back memories. God bless you
This makes me so happy!! I used to listen to these coritos since I was a little girl bc we had a Pentecostal church in front of my house, I learned all the lyrics and used to sing them just for fun , years later when I met Jesus everything I used to sing now had a meaning!! Love to see that these coritos were universal 😍😍🙋🏽♀️🙏🏼
Israel, cut a studio album of “Coritos!” Call it Avivamiento en el estudio! Alive/ revival in the studio. Thanks! This really touched the hearts of my family
Look at all of us here in the comment section, talking about these coritos.. were all a big family in Christ, one day we will ALL be singing together , no politics, race , hate, just love and happiness. God bless all of you!
I’m sobbing right now cause I’m missing my grandma soo bad. I used to go to church with her when I was a kid and would sing coritos too. She’s been gone 10 years but I know she’s with her savior.
When papi Lindo started singing I broke in to tears. These songs remind me so much of my buela singing them around the house. Thank you for the memories 🥺💖
Everytime I prep for work I listen to the part where papi sings, even though I have lost both my parents, hearing him sing just brings back how grateful I am to have such a loving God who's lead me through my years without parents.
This is what my childhood was all about! Those days when we did Vigilias (Vigils?) It was like pajama party at church. Those songs here in Dominican Republic when the worship group started with gospel style and finish with merengue🤩🤩🤩 just loved it!
Whew!!! It’s Throwback Thursday for me! Praise you Lord! 😭😭😭😭 We sang these growing up in a Spanish speaking church not knowing a lick of Spanish. Oh the memories. Thank you guys. Now we lead worship in a church and sing these songs in English, Spanish and My husband sings them in Romanian.
These coritos take me back when I would go to the tent meetings with my grandma and it was then when I saw miracles signs and wonders happen right before my eyes as a little girl ... 🙏🏼🙌🏼
This got me so emotional, here in Mexico, these coritos were the ones I grew up with!!! I'm only 20 but I thank God I had the chance to know about hymns and these coritos.
I was raised in a Spanish pentecostal church I know all these coritos very well ...watching this is very emotional...such a joy..alabalo que El vive!..Dios me los bendiga a todos
I thoroughly enjoyed this and I TRULY adore the joyfulness and diversity of it all...Just a SMALL glimpse of how we will worship in Heaven. No color (race), etc; just worship in spirit and in truth🙌🏽🙇🏽♀️✝️♥️💐
I'm Salvadorian and I think all Latin America a lot of us grew up on coritos and I appreciate it more now that I am an adult.... I get a tingly feeling.... I think it's the seed mommy planted.....😇😇😇
Wow, just beautiful Israel god bless you. I grew up singing those songs in New york city in a Pentecostal church as a kid. Love them all. Again God bless you.
Spanish, white, black, Asian, we are all and then some. Validation came for all of us who receives and believe. Trust me I understand your feelings and why they are. Let the ones who love you, love you. Be encouraged. I'm black and I'm truly enjoying the flow of spirit. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. Tell your father , I love his. Voice. 🙏 Amen!!!!!!
That little medley book was blue and other’s were burgundy in the church where my awela raised us and it was called “Himnos de Triunfo y Gloria.” (Hymns of Glory and Triumph) Matter of fact, my mom still goes to the same church, they still have those same hymnals and they STILL sing from it!!! Amazing how worldly songs go away and most get forgotten but Christian songs NEVER go out of style. I love Jesus! And I’m glad I have the relationship I & my family have with him. Glory to God!
I sang these coritos in the Catholic church. I remember my Dad, as a Eucharist minister would be up front dancing and playing His music sticks! Now im in the Pentecostal church. Dancing and waving flags. Singing these same songs and rejoicing in My Lord. All Because my parents showed me a better way!
Lord, please bless the person reading this.May their family, health & finances be blessed. I pray that the windows of Heaven open up over their lives and that YOU pour out a blessing that changes their hearts and keep them safe. In Jesus Matchless Name.AMEN
I was raised pentecostal and know all these songs which brought memories back and When I was in my teens I used to called that hand gesture "el puño pentecostal".
We are Global African Indigenous people!! Love and Unity is the best key for us all together!!💯 Also Giving thanks to the Great Mother's/Goddesses and Great Father's/Gods and the Ancestors and Guardians!! Saying from Snefer aka Bashiyr!!👸🏿🤴🏿
Wow!!! I just woke up to this video...my son sent it to me this morning and it just took me back to years back to when all my family served the lord for more than 15 years with my parents and my kids. Like my mom would say "Allelulla Gloria a dios" what a wonderful way to wake up. I no longer have my parents so this made me cry. I felt it in my heart! 🙌🙌🙌🙌
