Chicken Teriyaki style recipe.
Sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mirin (optional)
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 cm chopped ginger
- 1 small onion finely chopped
Chicken thigh fillet - 1kg
Method
Mix all sauce ingredient in a bowl. Mix the sauce with the meat thoroughly.
Heat the pan to the highest temperature and sear the chicken until both side charred.
Lower the temperature and fry the chicken until cooked, pour the rest of the sauce onto the chicken.
