Awesome video, i loved watching the homecoming in particular. That was the last time a victorious Cork team went by the Barrys corner and down to Patrick Street route. I think the old Barrys corner route was stopped due to health and safety concerns. That footage really shows the love and passion Cork people have for hurling. We'll be celebrating the 25th anniversary of that win next year. I find that to be very sad and depressing. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since those two magical days in 1999, and a few family members and close friends have passed away since. If Colin Corkery and Steven O'Brien were on the football panel, then we'd have been celebrating another double that year!
