@@NevaSellmySoul yeah i am..he kinda started changing his voice on The Realness and then took it further on True Meaning. Rapping like hes talking to a chick lol... Both good albums but his street/mixtape shit was so much harder/better.
@@clarkbar nah bro cormega always sound like he flows since 1991 i the thing is cormega flow is unorthodox and unique at the same token so i still disagree bro
What! Damn you done missed a whole season to the beef of Nas nature and cormega lol I assume you have already watched the Drink Champs episode with Cormega that just aired Dec 2020.
@@clarkbar well I'd advise to watch the first half of the nature one as well. No where near as good but some information that was unknown from a fan stand point is divulged...
@@mikee3261 I'm sick and tired of Americans thinking they have it soooo bad, when people LIKE MYSELF who were actually born and raised in 3rd world countries know what true struggles feel like. Also, WE don't brag about how bad our upbringing is because we understand it's nothing to brag about. So yeah, I live in America now and it makes me laugh when I hear rappers LIE to their naive fans about their so-called struggle or how "rough" their "hood" is. There are millions of 5 year olds living in 3rd world countries that have seen more struggle than most of these rap phonies. P S, I'm a HUGE cormega fan and I understand QB isn't malibu, but saying it was dangerous to "breathe" is a fairy tale.
@@pistolpete8231the black american struggle is the most monetized struggle in the world. Hip hop, r and b, rock n roll are all products of black american struggle. All billion dollar industries...that influenced fashion, language, etc. Rappers are just selling their struggle to the masses for a profit. I think most impoverished people regardless of the levels takes pride in being able to call themselves survivors.
You never really hear MCs getting at Cormega cause he was really about that G shit, Mega was one of them real dudes handling business in QB and everyone from Queens acknowledged it
@@ronaldrizzyWHOEVER produced this 12" I tip my hat to the engineer....... the Bass is mad DEEP , the drums are raw & Cormegas voice is loud and clear.........
Prodigy performed this song for my birthday. I was only 1 years old but I still vividly remember it like it was yesterday. Funny how memory works sometimes.
@@selfstorage3112 shut up you mutten fck I seen you comment this all over the video Know ones give a fck it doesn’t charge anything about how dope this joint this Havoc and prodigy were mad cool with mega back then so it isn’t like he ripped this beat Shut ya mouth
Ayo, this beat was used on another song that I can't find, Pete Rock played it on a Future Flavas show from '97 or something. Anyone know what joint this beat is from?
@Bobby Care not really though Mega was one the first rap artist to see money independently. While everyone was on majors laughing at him, but they was getting pocket raped. Mega actually had independent money now everyone wants to be indie now!
