This broadcast will go over adjusting the Brix levels on 2 Fountain Soda flavors on an IDC Pro Fountain Soda machine. We will be adjusting a Vitamin Water flavor and a Fruit Punch flavor. I will show you how to access the service menu and navigate through the menu map. I will explain the reason the ice will not dispense while you are in the service menu. I will show you the measurement levels you should get in your Brix cup when making adjustments. This video should at the least help you to be able to enter the service menu on these machines and go through the menu map with ease. When you use your brix cup do you check the syrup in the water side or syrup side of the cup?

Good question, on the IDC PRO, there I do not use a divider for water and syrup. So I just check the level of the water first then empty out the measuring cup and the check your syrup in the same section of the brix cup and you should get the same level. So if you get 10 oz of water you should get the same amount if not you can adjust the valve for that flavor. I hope that helps.

@learnatradecommercialequip2869 thank you sir! I was just working on an IDC Pros. The manufacturer specifications say 7oz of water in 4 sec for high flow water, 3oz of water in 4 sec for low flow water, syrup 3oz in 4 sec. And check brix in the water divider.

@sunburn3358 If you have a high flow then go with the manufacturer specs. I usually go with 10 oz . in 4 sec. but you are good with those levels.
