Laying the Foundation Stone At Pilgrim Baptist Church in Summit NJ. This is an ancient custom among the Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons to lay the Foundation Stones of the Masonic Edifices, Churches and other Public Edifices. The service is performed by MW Shelton J. Prescott,GrandMaster, the Grand Cabinet and the host Worshipful Master, John Cater of Hill City Lodge No.18.
