Thanks for the vid but you left one very important point out for us beginners. Where are you looking on the board, where you want the bag to land or the hole?
I'm.confused about the release and so you turn you're wrist.i throw starting but I noticed you and other pros after release you hand goes to the left ?Can you show you the wrist. Also why my bags go off to the right ?
In my backswing, my wrist slights turns so that the inside of my arm is facing my body. Some players start in that position and lock their arm through their backswing. This position helps generate momentum so that I have plenty of rotation once I release the bag. It’s kind of hard to explain, a video is a great idea!
Thank you! By keeping my wrist in my palm will be facing my hip through the backswing, opening up as I move toward releasing the bag. Opening your wrist/hand to early can lead to a different bag angle or even releasing the bag to early.
@@JayCorley yea this is one of my problems. When I open my palm, I push to the right a lot. So my timing is off. I often resort to not thinking about it and bag comes off on 45 degree angle w promotes kicking. I also nosedive a lot.
@@michaelminnie210 I have a tendency to open early sometimes as well. I try to slightly raise my release point to keep my palm closed just a little longer. Try that and see if it helps! I wish I was able to nose dive the bag on purpose 😂
Hard to describe in text but after you're release I noticed the hand finishes a lockout to you're right .I really apprey you relying .I'm super frustrated with my shot and it's been stopping me from trying anything acl..I do local stuff but I can't get anything going consistently
@@MrPada1641 I will try to make another video focused only on the grip and backswing! Most of the time my arm finishes that way to make sure 1. I don’t open my palm to early - leading to the bag going to the right of the hole and 2. To make sure that I follow through after releasing the bag to generate enough spin so the bag doesn’t kick to the left.
@@JayCorley I haven’t been able to get the BF grip down, the release feels diff m, but haven’t tried it for a long period of time. In your opinion, is it worth learning?
