Ian F is more than a urban sketcher … he is a modern vangogh … his coloring is modern impressionism and his line work is architectonic and comic like at the same time … his sense composition is perfect and his medium combination between markers , fineliners and watercolor give him spectacular olimpic speed … and his eye for beauty is nothing less than fashion designer or pro decorator … he is some unusual mix of talents … and because he is nice and teaches and is a sketch artist , for some his work could be considered casual … in my humble perspective his work is meaningful and relevant and capture the former beauty and greatness of europe with love
