Yea real good just do not see paying 9999.00 for a toolbox, if you have that kind of money to throw away why are you pulling wrenches, I am a veteran field Tech of 25 years and will say stay away from tool trucks, spend the money on your family, there are so many options for tools as a tech , be smart.
in th UK that ratchet you ended up with is sold by LAZER tools, i picked one up for £3 at a flea market , i never really needed it untill one day i need something that was small, fairly long and a slight bend. this thing was a blessing.....
The excitement of a new tool truck is tempered by the realization that everybody will be deeper in debt getting vistited 3 times a week..and each tool guy will get a smaller slice of that pie. But the guy is very energetic and has a well stocked truck.
23:58 that’s a ReBranded EZ-Red tool made overseas, & NOT in USA 🇺🇸 like ACTUAL “true Cornwell” tools. (I have the exact same one). But at least you get the easy Truck warranty! I got mine off the Matco truck with the EZ-Red name for less $$, & same lifetime Truck warranty. …🤔 which is actually surprising that Matco of all companies did NOT put their name on it, lol. Anyway, I always wanted a Cornwell & MAC guy.. could never find one in my area tho
That is interesting. I would’ve thought Marco would’ve put their name on it. Yeah should be easy to warranty wasn’t too bad in price but definitely more than the easy red. Oh well lol 😂
The 120 tooth ratchet is awesome. I got mine a few months back and I have been strictly Snap-On I might go as far to say I grab it more often than my Snap-On.
Definitely will do! He had been on the channel once before when we did the BG van tour. He will be stopping by weekly. This is his second week in business as a Cornwell dealer 👍
Cesar never buys anything. But then again his toolbox tour didnt reveal much tools either. I bought all kinds of tools when i first started working on cars. Even though i dont use my own tools at work because im provided with tools i still have a box full of professional tools. It only makes the job easier if you have more tools. Thats what ive learned. Glad i bought all my stuff early when they were still affordable and not inflationary prices like things i see these days. Great video as always Pablo 👍
zero trucks come to my shop but its cool to tune in to see whats on the trucks... my two past shops none of the guys would buy shit so they stopped coming lol
Oh man, that sucks. I would definitely get in contact with them. They would probably stop by. I’m glad I can help you out by showing what’s on the trucks! Appreciate the support!
I have a lot of Cornwell stuff from when I had a dealer. It all held up well and their prices are usually very good. Your dealer seems like a good one, hopefully he sticks around.
The grip edge stuff is GREAT. I have the 1/4 torx and 1/4 hex set metric set. Getting my cornwell guy to order me the large bit set next time I see him!
I had a buddy of mine. I was a really good friend of mine that owned a Cornwell truck and only had it for a year until he got out of it and I did not blame him I waited for the Cornwell bundle wrenches for almost a year until I had to get refunded because it took so long I probably will not do very much business with Cornwell
I have that blue handle ratchet. A friend from So Cal got it for me since I don’t have a dealer near me. Cornwell makes good tools at a great price, they have a good flier that you will enjoy with deals galore. I’m glad you are a day one customer. You will never forget it and neither will your dealer Scott
Right on! If you ever need Cornwell stuff, Scott can drop ship to you. He says he can sell to anyone as long as they don’t have a dealer in their area. I can’t wait to buy more stuff from Scott in the future!
Cornwell is really good they have really good prices for there tools and keep you excited every month to see what bogos they have. My Cornwell dealer is good and always has deals.
Good to know! I noticed the fliers have some cool looking knifes and axles lol. They do have some pretty cool deals on tools! Can’t wait to see more of the Cornwell truck!
@pablosgarage707 yeah it's cool! Last month I got the sae and metric deep and shallow chrome sockets for like 178 each and got the impacts deep and shallow free. For saw and metric. They do stuff like that
I don't have a Cornwall dealer and never even been on one.. but this looks legit!! He's my Cornwall dealer now 😂. Thanks bro. He has an IG or anything??
He is awesome! Scott is a former bg rep! He can definitely sell to you! Feel free to contact him. His number is on the truck. At the moment no ig or RU-vid but he plans on making one 👍 when he does I’ll tag him in all the Cornwell videos! Appreciate the support!
It sure is! Yes, killer deal on those wrenches! Scott stopped by the other Aaa shop and my buddy Danny bought the screwdriver set for the at home setup!
Cornwell has some killer deals. However, if you have Cornwell tools and your local Cornwell guy decides to retire or just quit, and you don't have someone else take over the route then I don't think you can send in your tools to Cornwell themselves for warranty. Maybe someone else can confirm/deny this. This is what I heard from a few former Cornwell tool users. With Mac, Matco, and Snapon, at least you can still send in tools for warranty if there isn't a local truck that stops by your shop.
That light is awesome! Dang Cornwell dealer in Ohio, but that’s where the tools are made 😂. Scott said if you have no Cornwell dealer in the area he can drop ship to you 👍
@@pablosgarage707 Great content it was getting hard to hear with the big headed Jagoff yapping in the back the screw driver bogo was a good deal when you were looking at the ratchet I kept saying wait untill it's on promo I seen you bought a wrench did you get the screwdrivers I was thinking the guy gave you a offer on the purple box you couldn't refuse keep them coming Pablo 👍😎👍
Oh yes. I liked the prices a lot! Scott said he can drop ship stuff to people that don’t have a dealer in the area. I would message him me may be able to ship to Canada 🤷♂️
Curious, what’s the purpose of it all being in a truck. Is this a niche market? As a machine shop owner that’s done apprenticeships in different areas of Texas for different industries not once have I seen a truck pull up selling tools 😂. Someone please enlighten me, or is this for people who like to collect tools and not necessarily using them. Sick video though!
Really convenient and they offer financing. Which is can be good and bad depending on your spending habits. Personally I only open truck accounts. They have no interest. I then make a weekly payment to pay them off. I use mostly every tool I buy except my ratchets I have a lot I hardly use. I tend to collect them lol. Some people buy to collect tools but most people on the tool truck buy tools to actually use them lol. Thanks for watching appreciate it!
Honestly, to lead off the presentation with screwdrivers may not have properly represented the innovation, quality and forward thinking expected by modern mechanics of their tool reps. That green box was cool tho!
