Under detainment you can pat them down for weapons. No probable cause necessary. This is called a "Terry stop" based on the case law for Terry vs Ohio. Under Pennsylvania vs Mimms you can pull someone out of their car and detain them as well.

Man I wish Miz wouldn't be so ADHD and didn't forget everything all the time, if he could keep up with the PD stuff it'd be hilarious having him around. Instead he ends up becoming kind of annoying.

His brain is literally scrambled due to ADHD. He's really trying, and I respect it. He's got some great lines recently too, some comedic chops for sure. He just needs to keep practicing, really. I'm rooting for him 💪
