Hi thanks for the cours , i have a question please , i want to know if the image on the camputer is the image on the intensifier ( point of view = image intensifier) or the point of view is the x ray source, in other terme if we look to the heart from the x ray source or from the iage intensifier, thanks
The image on the computer is displayed as if you are looking from the front of the chest, i.e., from the point of view of the image intensifier. 2 additional notes: -When I say in RAO, the catheter tip is to the right of the spine, I am referring to my own right hand, not the patient's right. Also, the ribs will be looking down to my own right hand, not the patient's right. -When I say that the left circumflex moves with the image intensifier, I mean that if the image intensifier moves more rightward (RAO), the LCx will move more toward the right of the patient (not my own right).
