The asset management firm Coronation's share price jumped over 5% after the Constitutional Court ruled in its favour in a R800 million Sars tax dispute.
The matter related to the company's international operations in Ireland.
A Supreme Court of Appeal judgment in February, instructed the firm to pay almost R800 million in tax.
This prompted the company to approach the Constitutional Court for leave to appeal the ruling relating to earnings from its offshore operations dating back to 2012.
