I'm thinking it will be Peter who will give up on Carla. She's half convinced he is going to fall off the wagon and risks infecting his mindset. So I think he is going to say sod it and leave before he really does fall again. Everyone is already convinced it is enevitable. So if Carla keeps needling Peter and showing the strain she is putting on herself-- he will do what he thinks is best for them both and go

Carla might as well carry one of those field breathalyser test things that police use and subject Peter to random testing for all that Carla currently trusts him- for all that any of them trust Peter. @@jaredporikos2197
