Gail is hilarious going on and on about "that flat is a death trap" after the whole family very nearly died because she married a serial killer con man. Ringing social services lol They were in far more danger with her and Richard than they could ever be in that flat. I'm not surprised Sarah wanted out ASAP.
Tricky Dicky was the dodgiest man ever even before he went around murdering folk! Gail happily got with a man who fleeced houses off the elderly and fucked about with her own mam's money 😂 she shouldae sunk to the bottom of the river with him.
Sally and Gail were totally unlikable characters but true to life we all know people like them. Not everyone is likable in life and when they show signs of growth then they become more likable. Just like real life. Sarah was always a good girlnwho could never do enough to impress her weird possessive controlling mother and she's ended up a woman who'll do anything to protect herself and not care about others feelings or how she affects others because she's addicted to drama. Not content with normalcy just like Gail was at her age....I pray Sarah's character does a wee bit therapy and works that out as otherwise her character is one that could be capable of great things as the actress herself is incredibly talented and seasoned for her age
