Lightly slapping the middle of the window with a shoe. The portable decorating table would be a slightly better choice. Slightly better would be attacking and smashing the window lock so she can open the window. Considerably better would be to smash/jimmy off the plastic bezels holding the glass in the frame and thus then easily remove the entire glass pane out of the frame. Best and quickest choice of all. Take the decorating table and use it to smash through the almost certainly flimsy hollow wall that divides the bedroom and the upstairs landing. Seriously though, if you ever find yourself trapped in a room with a strong door, and need to get out quickly. Smashing through an internal wall is nearly always your easiest and quickest option. Much easier than trying to smash through a double-glazed window or a solid door. In most 20th and 21st-century UK buildings, most internal walls are hollow in the middle and consist of flimsy plasterboard, fibreboard or timber. Tap on all the walls, if you find a wall that sounds hollow, there's your easy way out. Keep smashing the wall with a heavy object or the heel of your foot until you smash a small hole through. Once you've got that small hole, keep smashing it and prizing/ripping off the material with your hands, making the hole bigger and bigger until is big enough for you to crawl through. If you've got a window. Don't try to smash through the centre of the glass pane. That's the strongest point. Smash through the glass pane right next to the corner of the frame. That's the weakest point. If it's a single-paned window dead easy. If it's double-glazed, unless you've got something heavy and/or sharp to hit it with, such as a hammer, don't bother you could be at it for hours and still not smash it. The next best option is to see if you can prize/jimmy/smash off the plastic bezels of the window frame holding the glass pane in the frame. If you can get all the bezels off, you can then let the entire glass pane drop out of the window frame. If you're in a fire situation, be very careful when opening or smashing a window, doing so can also create a sudden and constant draft. Which can quickly fan the flames and give the fire a surge of outside oxygen, making the fire much stronger and worse.

Also she doesn’t keep her diabetes in check she would be a high risk pregnancy anyway. Even if her miscarriage had nothing to do with diabetes at least her eating disorder and her weight did she’s not taking care of herself before. This surrogacy storyline is so bad she’s very delusional not listening to her guardians.
@@natasha8966 yeah I get that but she suffers with body issues she probably feels that the insulin makes her gain weight she needs to seek counselling to help her
@@natasha8966 she would’ve received counselling before going ahead with the surrogacy. Her eating disorder is stable at the moment, she hasn’t relapsed and she has been taking care of her diabetes. When they decided to do the surrogacy properly, she would’ve had to be both physically and mentally assessed. However I do hate this storyline anyway
