Desperate to keep a story going and bring in new characters to bolster ratings. What relevance does this story have anyway. Doesn’t teach any life lessons like the cohesive story with yasmin and geoff same as the drug plot with Simon it’s just for ratings and writers to polish their skills
I agree. At first I thought it wasn’t relevant, then when they talked about the baby having sickle cell disease, that when I thought oh that’s why they’ve done this storyline because she would’ve got it from her biological granddad, but since she doesn’t have the disease, what was the point if all this storyline does is a ruin one of the only normal families they had on the show.
How? His little girl is sick in hospital and now he’s just found out the man he has called dad isn’t his real dad and his mum has lied to him. His reaction is understandable.
Ok so the way this storyline is and was wrote is crap . Was very rushed. And Michael's mum is only in it at moment though zoom calls. 😂😂. Poor acting too.🤔🍀🍀
Think the social distancing has shown up how crap the writing, acting, directing is. Other shows have managed to pull it off, this cast just stands still and recites lines like a robot 😶. The storylines this family has had since going the St are stupid, pointless, and show how this family is not really a part of the street (they never really interact with other residents. Get that it's done for safety), the community and spirit the show always managed to hold onto has vanished...
I don’t know if maybe the actress has had to isolate at all and that might be why she’s not been in the show. If that’s the case they could’ve done this storyline when she’s back.
@@user-zw2hn9eu1l she was there "in person" when Ronnie first turned up on the street. Also other scenes with Grace and Michael she was there, there so not sure if that is the case... Or if it's just part of her character being a nurse.
