Got to say I was so shocked with how the barrister for Justin twisted everything, I felt so sorry for Ryan, anybody would be angry with what Ryan has been and is going through to be portrayed as the attacker, so upsetting, felt so sad for Ryan and Daisy, great acting everyone xx
I don't care if it's her job or if this is "how the justice ystem works", that lawyer and anyone like her in real life are scum of the earth and should join their defendants in jail.
This is absolutely ridiculous. In real life cases.. The injured party/witness has rights and his lawyer would/ should be objecting. Whether it’s leading, heresy or speculation. You cannot cross examine someone with accusations based on nothing! Legal rant done 😮💨
Irrelevance! I get that they want to create drama, but this would put so many people off from going to court. The prosecution would have intervened when she brought up the relationship status, as it is irrelevant to the case. Going through court is a long, laborious, and emotionally taxing process. A good defence would have brought up who the target was, and tried to cast doubt over the threat of violence (he was throwing it to her side, as a threat, but you got in the way), instead of suggesting that she deserved it.

Even though daisy is physically and emotionally traumatized she still is more concerned about Ryan. Bless her and both of them have suffered enough why were they getting cross examined and painted as villians its disgusting. Where was Justin grilling.
I dont honestly ger why the solicitor think ryan would plan to burn himself with the acid after everything he was going through after the attack who would put acid in there own face and then start to be afraid of leaving the house or having his hood up when people are watching if i was ryan i would said to the solicitor how stupid are you
if sniead was here at the court she will came back as a Ghost and haunt Justin for what he did to Daisy and Ryan and she will say something to the Attorney's and what Justin did and she will pull a Guilty card on Justin and he will be Gulity
