she needs to realise that her son was a MURDERER. she loves him, yes, but she should know what Stephen did. he did not only steal from her, but he killed 3 people. now he's dead and yeah... Audrey's life will be difficult, at least she has Gail, and altough Gail is shocked and maybe angry at Stephen for his crimes, she can help Audrey deal with Audrey's pain, and they will become stronger, together. I don't know if Gail ever tell Audrey off that she always praised Stephen instead of her, but we all know that she will support Audrey, because it's more important.
Audrey is Stephen's mother and loves him unconditionally - even Sarah had a hard time believing he was a murderer at first - what Audrey was angry and upset about was Peter killing Stephen and I have to agree - no matter what he has done he did not deserve to die. If he had been arrested then Audrey would have had time to process his crimes and the option of visiting him in prison if she wanted to - now she has to mourn the sudden death of her first born son hours after finding out about his crimes. Even Gail said "This isn't you Stephen".
@@98slbrookes98 "This isn't you Stephen" - I think Gail said that because she couldn't believe that her brother was a murderer. he failed to be a good brother to her, especially when he started lying and killing people. she's going to be ashamed to be a murderer's sister. Richard's murderous spree left her shocked, when Stephen got exposed she probably was shocked by his crimes. just look, Audrey praised Stephen a lot, Gail was always the underdog. it's only my personal opinion.
While it is true that Gail was shocked by Richard's crimes, notice that she did not throw her wedding ring away until after Richard tried to kill her and her children. She offered to visit him in prison if he handed himself in. I always thought it was ridiculous that Gail compared David to Richard when he did not crash the van on purpose or intend for Nick to get injured - I don't think it is possible for love to have an off switch the moment you find out the person you love broke the law especially if it is someone you have known for years. @@CrazyGirl-hp4mj
Silly Sean should of listened to Uncle Stephen the first time; when the Lord and saviour yells directly at you then you know you darn messed up! Rest in peace Uncle Stephen🕊️
Saint Uncle Stephen of Canada may be gone, but he found a one way exit from Woke Weatherfield, the evilest village in the UK filled amongst the likes of Ninanonce.
R.I.P Saint Uncle Stephen of Canada, best businessman, beloved uncle, and all round nice guy who wouldnt hurt anyone, he was just merely a victim of circumstance
When David’s stole money she didn’t speak and wanted to ship them into the police, when Stephen’s steals money it’s totally fine. All this deranged mentality is hereditary. He literally hurt your granddaughter but it’s fine saint Stephen in her head
Thank you Saint Stephen you legend! The laughters and your special connection with the dumpster bins. You should have been able to go to Thailand and live your dream and be a bin man. You’ll Never be forgotten sir!
You call Stephen a saint? He was a fucking demon. He killed at least 3 people and would have have added Jenny as his 4th victim if Peter hadn't come along to save her.
Just Wait until Auntie Gabriel finds out, I know her and Uncle Stephen had a open relationship, But she will be a grieving widow out for Pete's blood 😂😂
This proves Gail and Audrey should take back all they said about David being a potential murderer/evil etc, in his teens. I will miss Stephen now he’s gone. I may complain about him a lot but he was entertaining in a way, a comic villian in my opinion but an enjoyable one so it’s positive 😂. Peters exit story (he’s obviously going to prison now) was kind of predictable to me from the start of the LSD phase
Ladies and gentlemen Stephen Reid has made the jump into hyperspace. His flesh may be dead but his spirit will reverberate across the sands of time. Please join me in a silent prayer🙏
How ridiculous! In the open street. They’re not hostages in a pub. Would they all really just stand around whilst Jenny’s life is threatened ? What a ridiculous notion! Emmerdale FTW
They've all pushed this man to the edge. His own niece even attacked him, even Michael tried saving him he was team Uncle Stephen til the end. And for great mother Audrey, I hope she finishes what her brilliant son started they all need binning
Say what you like about Stephen and the other characters but the performances from Jack P Shepherd Sue Nicholas Chris Gascoyne Alison King Todd Boyce SallyAnn Matthews and others were amazing fantastic actors and actress brilliant writing and directing well done to them all Xxxxx💜💙
It is ah with great sadness that Stephen is now gone, and ah on behalf of all Canadians let us never forget that Stephen ah brought out the best In our British neighbours both home and abroad.
I would have wrote him to last another 6 months, like have him escape to Thailand but gets caught & brought back on trial to Weatherfield and then he escapes and then gets killed at that point. Also I would have kept Stephen an accidental killer for longer, like Leo's dad should have been killed by the car, but then he goes full killer for Rufus. I will miss him, great acting!
My condolences for Stephen on behalf of ah all Canadians. Stephen was ah a brave man who fought his whole life to be the best he could be, and his ambitions is something ah all Canadians strive for everyday.
Perfect Peter better get karma for taking down our Lord and saviour Uncle Stephen of Canada. Snickering Simon and Clumsy Carla better walk away from him for his actions.
There was no justice in killing him as now peter will go down for murder. I mean he was going to give himself up by the looks of it anyway so was unnecessary to run him over like that..
Guys for real this uncle stephen comment section has kept me entertained and laughing for months some of the comments have been wild😂 Long live ol blue eyes... the comeback kid...uncle stephen! 🇨🇦 Ps. Carlas a harlott and i hope pisshead peter gets life
For every episode from now Uncle Stephen is absent from, he will be remembered for all he did to cause chaos upon Manchester’s little woke village. Rest in peace Uncle Stephen🕊️
David will always be the best character lol. He is so calm in this situation. I guess whenever im sad or anxious ill just channel my inner David. "What? Uh Ok?"
Stephen was excellently played by Todd Boyce but the ending was a real letdown. Having the Street residents confront him - more confused and bemused than frightened or shocked - took all the drama and reality out of the situation. A big disappointment.
I reckon this is one of the most satisfying villain deaths better than Pat Phelan's. I'm sad the storyline has come to an end. Todd Boyce is a good actor. I wonder what they're going to do next to keep us intrested. Knowing Corrie it probably won't be long until they bring in another villain. I'm still gutted i must admit they didn't continue for another 6 months and do this scene then i reckon it's such a wasted opportunity. They should've made his kill count worse than Phelan's.
The family can save money and clean up that roof box and use it for Stephen. So glad he's done. All his own fault. The blaming of Audrey has come to an end. Bye Bye Binman.
@@lissiaa1869 Uncle Stephen has joined the ranks of Klutzy Kylie, Cold Callum and Dear Departed Norris in heaven, among others. While he may not be with us no more, at least he found a one way permanent exit away from Woke Weatherfield the evilest village in the UK. Perfect Peter’s actions have caused a double-edged sword here! Fly high Uncle Stephen and rest in peace🕊️🕊️
