The world is experiencing what many chronically ill people experience for years on end. Trapped in their homes, financial insecurity, fear and having to quickly adapt to a new way of life.

2:00 The most anxious are now the most calm. Yep, I am now seeing the visions unfold as reality. If I was called crazy before, that won't change by the people who said it, but for those whose minds are open they might see that my life as an empath is often sad and wearied for what truths many of us saw coming. Be well.

Another « ism » and in my opinion the biggest one is: narcissism. But yes of course it is all tied together. Most of our world institutions have given in to narcissism to some degree or another. In other words the structure or appearance of these has become more important than the substance. And yes it is all propped up my debt. A house of cards indeed. My biggest fear isn’t that we WON’T get back to « normal », it’s that we will. There is nothing normal or healthy about the narcissist paradigm and nature is trying to show us just how out of control and off course we are. Great talk. Thank you.

I’m a healthcare worker and this pandemic has taught me so many lessons about what I thought was important and now what I really know is important. So many mental shifts in my thinking since this all started and all the shifts are towards the better. I’m glad for the collapse of the old things I’ve been holding on too. I feel more free than I ever have. I’m glad to able to now start a knew path not knowing where it will lead but I’m taking life one day at a time now. I have never appreciated the present like I do know. I’m not your client but truly hope that I can be in the future. Schools, colleges and universities all closed or only offering a restricted education service. COVID-19 (a virus that is so small it can only be seen under a microscope), is teaching the human race more about each other in a few weeks than what anyone could learn in a lifetime from books or wider academia.

As my head hit the pillow with the prospect of another sleepless night thinking about all the suffering in the world and my own magnified fears I thought of you and found this wonderful video - so wise, so helpful. I felt the helplessness I'd been feeling slip away and I came alive again, knowing there is much that can be said and done to repair our broken world. Hi Abdul: I love your videos, thank-you for your insights, balance, and wisdom. This pandemic, as you say, is revealing all the weak areas in society that need to be addressed. But this is also Mother Nature playing her hand-- for when things become too busy, too "yang" -- "yin" the opposite polarity (i.e. stillness and potential death) come in to balance it. This balancing agent is a natural one this time, but it forces us to reassess our "house of cards" as you have so aptly described. Balance is always key, and the connection to our higher self, divine intelligence, our God, and the highest ideal has been put on the shelf for too long and needs to be embraced once again. We have lost the balance of the material with the spiritual.

Energy and information are main component of reality, not matter.

In the US, the wealthy have become infinitely more wealthy and the 1% have gained more control. Small business is being starved of government support while corporations get huge tax breaks and unneeded subsidies. Corporate fascism advancing at an alarming rate.

According to Bible this is called a birth pain. God is a loving God, but as the Father of the universe he is disciplining the world. If we do not heed to his teaching HE will allow a situation to try to wake us up and get us to realize we DO need him, He is the answer.

For working ppl who are just surviving who don’t have bank accounts or credit cards, the issue is the complete stagnation of wages over several decades and skyrocketing cost of living. Unprecedented income inequality. Debt and profligate spending may be worldwide middle class problems, but, IMO, we must always consider social context when discussing economic environments. Individual growth and social evolution is an interactive process and shared responsibility.

I am a new subscriber to your channel. Thank you for your comments about recognizing and talking about God. We do need to grow up as a human family and not be so fearful about embracing the spiritual parts of ourselves. To dismiss or disqualify that part of ourselves is to only recognize the gut and head parts of our intelligence and ignore the heart. Thank you for making these videos. Thank you for this, I said right away this will be a test for humanity, how we care for the vulnerable...will we bother to care about those sick with this virus? I’ve heard people say about elder who are vulnerable...well they have to die some time. I am appalled, this because someone doesn’t want their wealth affected!

I wonder if my therapist now realizes I'm not crazy?

I stopped working on the 29th of February (my contract ended) and then all this happened. I watch what is going on in disbelief and I am already very concerned about the long-lasting consequences of this crisis that comes right at the point where we were, here in Greece, starting to feel that maybe there is an end to the economic uncertainty of the last 12 years. On my weakest moments, I feel despair but then I think that maybe this will also be an opportunity for at least some of us to reach deep inside and find strength, recalibrate our compasses and support each other. Then I see the videos of the doctors and the nurses and all the other people that are really fighting a war in the frontlines and there are some very young people among them and I am deeply humbled and moved to tears. I think it is normal to feel fear, doubt, anger, pain, uncertainty but we should take a step back, observe and accept those feelings until they subside. We should seek knowledge and help each other any way we can. And for God's sake don't start believing in unfounded conspiracy theories or start venting fear and hatred. Be humble and at the same time be courageous and love each other.

For people with ptsd and cptsd and already massive anxiety, this unprecedented approach world wide makes it 5000 times worse. Because normally we are just supposed to have our own issues, and normally when we go out in the world it makes us remember everything is alright, now we don't have the normal ways to see a normal world.

Visited my father who sadly has cancer and widowed and a narcissist but love and light and covid have healed my covert anger and fear and enhanced my empath ability to deal with covid in a mature way and kick my ego and inner child out the way to be safe x

i agree it is the folly of materialism. it is lockdown in my country and my priorities are 1. live within means 2. settle debts even starting small 3. food healthy, nutritious 4. stay clean & healthy. i am so happy my country has prohibited selling, consumption and transportation of alcohol too during this lockdown, including cigarettes.

What annoys me about all this is that one of two things happens people either immediately go into fear while the other lot are like deer in the headlights shortly before crashing through the windshield so to speak. The glacial reaction adjustment by many especially in the west is partly to blame as things could have been done to lesson things to where it wouldn't have been so horrendous. We'll get through it but the normal people had taken for granted is gone and it is going to be a rough decade. I wished that people had listen when the alarm was sounded back in January that this wasn't the common flu and action needed to be taken but nope. I worry of there being a second but worse wave where basically everyone has already spent their resources and it begins to really hit the fan with looters and armed robberies.
