The wire still lets steam go through, if you want tour glasses to not get foggy seal it with a band aid or some other sticky tape.

I normally wear a mask this time of year anyway. But I work in home health care. So I am very aware what is circulating around. The only difference now is I also wear gloves, and carry mini cans Lysol with me. Soon if the virus comes any closer I will also wear the eye protection.
