All those who can wrk ffom home continur to do so n rest all report to work admist all precautions. Even cinemas if opening, shud operate at 50% cspscity maintaining distance, just like any other public transport system. And it shall still not get overcrowded coz not more then 50% will still venture out

If an adult wants to risk s/he should be able to do so. If one wants to self-quarantine they should be able to do so. The free adult should be able to restrict others from bringing the CV into their homes, meaning if an adult wants to stop a kid who might bring home the virus the adult should be able to keep the kid home. During the period of unknowns and the potential overwhelming of hospitals there was just cause for a reasonable period/temporary shutdown. If the numbers raise again, then another short period shutdown is in order. For that matter, if an adult wants to go out and they unnecessarily expose themself to the CV, they should not be given priority in line for limited availability cv healthcare, but they should be able to make that decision with its consequences for themself. The Constitution never was meant to protect adults from themselves. The Constitution was aimed at making all citizens equal to kings. Americans are suppose to be sovereign citizens. No one would tell a king he cannot go out into the world.
