Welcome to the corporate world😂😂. Dont worry in starting it is difficult to manage and in start i mean around 1 - 2 years. Ghar pe bhi kaam karo, weekends pe bhi kaam karo. But eventually even you will get trained and will have a routine to manage work life balance. Also aapke bhi juniors bhi aayegein. Also talking about Work culture, dude let it be any private job sector Google ho, twitter ho, Infosys, KPMG, Delloite, HDFC BANK,ICICI bank sab jagah aisa hi hota hai koi khul ke thodi vlog mein bolega 🤣. ( Sacche experience pe adharit)
