Agreed. When she said that, I about fell out of my chair. Some of these law enforcement and city employees baffle me with their comments. Just making shit up.
Proof positive that these public sector employees are poorly trained, and that the State has no desire to uphold the Constitution or citizens’ rights. But that’s why I always think it’s better for auditors to bring some supporting information with them. Showing these workers proof rather than just expecting uneducated people to believe you could probably avoid a lot of escalations, detainments, arrests and expensive court cases.🤷🏽♀️
@@MercurialRed9 it's honestly not the officers fault. You have these higher ups like the capt that puts the false information into the heads of the regular officers.
That first guard is rude, unprofessional, sloppy, and uneducated. Oh, and delusional if she thinks she can just order anyone around and on a public sidewalk no less.
@markj66132 YES you do. or else it's entrapment. NO gate, NO sign, PUBLIC property. Even the police can come onto my property, BUT if there is a sign; they sure as hell can't. But on private property I can trespass on the spot for ANY reason. This does not apply to PUBLIC property.

3:10 omg, your reply to her statement of never having any problems with mistreating inmates - “Of course you wouldn’t, there’s no accountability here”. That was perfect. ❤
She said "I've never had any problems with NO inmates". First of all LADY...they are called residents, not inmates. And secondly, if you have never had NO problem that means you have constantly HAD problems. Learn your job, learn English, and learn to mind your own business.

The captain didn't believe a word he was saying...he was using that wild paranoid delusion because he wanted Sean gone. I surprised he didn't work "the children" into his tale.
They're so concerned, yet they never called police or sheriff to investigate or trespass you. They knew damn well they had no authority to stop you, they were just trying to intimidate you into "voluntarily" stopping.
A Corrections officer is a sworn peace officer giving them arrest authority on prison property and other areas of their job. They did when I was in uniform.
Hey Sean, didn't you hear that there's a new type of property? It's called privatepublic. It's public when it comes to getting all our money. It's private when it comes to our rights.
We have those unaccountable entities here in Canada.they are corporation s owned by the citizens. Ghey used to be called crown corporations but a right wing conservative government made ghem private companies so the public has zero say in howcgheir corporations are being operated. Tory/co servative/repugnican politicians who do not give z shit abput you and or me.
Hi Sean, started watching these kind of videos, about a 6months now. I'm 67, retired, and lately watching RU-vid. As ex-Security (uiformed, and plainclothes), I find your videos especially good. I at first started watching the guys that are totally rude, disrespectful, and call the police names. You however, are So nice, it's almost funny. You speak to everyone courteously, respectful, and you know the law. Just wanted to say, I watch you all the time lately. Keep up your good job!
Yup. Some are oh, so bad. When I first started watching, about a year ago, I felt that auditors were rude trolls. Amagansett Press is a particularly bad one, ging good auditors a bad name. SeanPaul is a complete and utter gentleman! LOVE his content!!
Sean, the commenter, Barrio Tales, brings up a great point! Why not send an email to the Warden of the Pasquotank Correctional residential facility to offer a series of classes on the Constitution and encounters with citizens (de-escalation techniques, etc.). You did such a fine job with that Sheriff's Office on Long Island, perhaps your education would be more effective top down rather than bottom up.
@@factsnotfeelings3247 Agree. We're broke and deeply in debt. We can no longer afford these massive prisons, and huge police departments full of self-entitled people. What we need are armed Citizens making Citizens'arrests, trying, and if necessary, executing criminals on a local basis. There is no "correcting" them.
That's a lie ...no such thing as 25 feet from a scooby van!!! ....man, never seizes to amaze me how brain washed these workers....are and ignorant!!!! ...man, it's sickening to see the way these guys behave..disgusting.......thanks for what you do Sean!!!
They make rules to suit themselves. Now the word inmates is offensive my god I hate our language so much …….. that’s the problem we spend so hours trying to tell others how to think talk feel ect ect that they forget everyone I has rights. I think they need to take their fancy words and stuff them
Someone needs to explain to correctional officer Turley that: 1) A request can be refused. If you're threatening some sort of retaliation, its not a request. 2) It doesn't matter what your security or safety concerns are, you must deal with them without violating people's rights.
The ignorance of these public servants, feeding off the taxpayer dollars is astounding. It's like they all take a course on how to both stupid and rude. Keep up the good work Sean.
The church goers are sometimes the worst 😂 what was the point here ? We have many in the churches who have been found guilty of S.A. and CP . He should of rethought that line , CUT 😂🎬🎬🎬🎬Sorry, wrong Auditor . I couldn’t help it .
It blows my mind at how many people "think" a license plate (which is required by law to be displayed in plain view to everyone) is somehow "private information"? That sort of "logic" should make everyone's head hurt.
if they come with their "you could be a threat because we dont know you" bs, ask them if they ever go to mc donnalds without clearing the whole restaurant first.
It literally amazes me every time I watch these videos to see that law enforcement people that are supposed to enforce the law don't know the law. Wow 🤔😟
a little different on this one. the first ones were only security. the second ones were correctional officers who only need to know prison rules and are only used to dealing with people completely under their control. still they should all know and understand the constitution and that is a failure of the education system.
None of these people are law enforcement The worst you can say is they were rude But they’re not employed to be polite to the public so like Yah They asked him to leave He didn’t They did what we paid them to do And they watched him and made sure he wasnt doing anything sketchy As there job is to do that
Notice how the captain, when he first came out, wanted to clarify the title of the individuals in the prison as "residents" but when he confronted you in the parking lot he referred to them as "offenders" several times.
Thts a first I heard an inmate called a resident 😂😂😂😂. Now the word inmate is offensive. This have 2 b the last days. 😂😂😂😂 tht grandparents warn us about. The world has turned upside dwn.
Ah yes the classic private license plates and state private property. Gotta love the euphemisms, they're residents because inmates is a cruel word 🤣😂, public employees focusing on the important stuff like always. Great job Sean. I appreciate the consistency in the uploads!
@@MikeSmith-ug3fg True, those in Uvalde were. But they were also ordered not to act. It seems the blame never rises to the highest superiors. The fish rots from the top down.
The cool thing about those videos is that the family and neighbors (no 'friends') get to see what kinda jerks and tyrants these people really are. I would loooove for their kids to see how their parents behave in public. Great job exposing their ignorance and attitude, SeanPaul!
I often have the same thought. Having my kid see me do a bad job & have ignorant things come out of my mouth would be so embarrassing & he would never let me live it down
So many government workers DRUNK ON THE LITTLE POWER THEY GET!! Thanks again Sean for putting yourself out there fighting for our rights!! I agree with that comment about children of these tyrants NEED TO SEE THIS! Maybe they will humiliate them into calming TF down!!
@ ELLE Groover...I am curious if you have confirmed the comment that was sent to you, and under the guise that you have just won a gift from Sean?!!? I ask you this, because I rec'd something very similar!!! NOW, I have been watching Sean since his very first days when he was starting his channel, some three or four years ago. And to be perfectly honest, I don't think that this "is how he rolls!!" I could be wrong, but usually he does not do giveaways, gifts or anything else for that matter, WITH OUT announcing it in some way, and in a very public manner at that. Sooooo, I AM going to reach out to him via email, and ask him if he is doing this. And one final thought, I think I remember him making a verbal disclaimer about this very thing!!! Anyway, I am also looking over other comments to see if they too have been "hit up!!" I think you and I are not the only ones who is more than likely, being scammed, or at the very least, trying to be scammed!!! Thank you in advance for reading this and responding back to me on this matter, if you have chosen to!! Truly, BK
To me it’s amazing how imaginative they are, inventing laws and policies on the fly just on the belief that the general public is stupid and will believe anything they say simply because they are wearing a clown suit (uniform).
As a former Correctional Officer, Sean, I just want you to be aware that not all Correctional Officers treat the inmates disrespectful. I actually treat them with respect and as a result if that I did not once have to use any use of force, no OC Spray or any forceable compliance techniques.
When I was a kid I thought people with title, badges and positions of power were special people who knew more then the average person. It didn't take long to figure out. THEY HAVE NO CLUE! They just repeat what their coworkers say & their bosses tell them. We live in a fragile world ran by idiots.
"I treat inmates with respect" yeah my ass she does, she probably volunteers to be the one that does the body cavity search. The way she approached you says it all. Keep up the good work man.
Not as disgusting as this creep. He's a criminal and all these people that do this auditing have been in trouble with the law, most of them like Sean are felons. My daughter is a journalist, 4 years at a university and this idiot calls himself a journalist, he's a pretender, a joke. They need to throw him out of the country.
How is it possible that they don’t realize that THEY are the story ? They get paid to figure things out however when their egos take over they lose control because they don’t have control.
It always amazes me as to how you handle such situations… The officers try to make it extremely complicated but you are able to steer it with flying colors.
If it was illegal to film private license plates then dashcams would be illegal as well. And they are not. In fact, if you have a dashcam on your vehicle recording at all times you're driving, you will get a break on your insurance premiums. The insurance companies love dashcams! Great job Sean! God bless you brother
@@neilcharles2520 There are only 4 states that do not allow dashcams. Most insurance companies do give discounts if you have one in states that allow it.
Dash cams are legal in every US state. The only laws differ in mounting it might be illegal to mount it to the windshield or mirrors but every state you can put it somewhere legally. Not to mention driving a Tesla would be illegal for the cameras.
That lady guard at the start is so ignorant that when Sean asked if she was the custodian of the property, she was about to go get the janitor. Then the Capt came out and showed where the ignorance comes from. 🤡😂
Keep em coming SEAN. I wish you'd publish everyday, but I know it requires a lot of time to keep on travelling from place to place. Just know that the vast majority supports what you do and want you to keep on doing it. Thank you sean !
The sheer ignorance, stupidity, aggression, and distrust these fools have towards people is disturbing. No wonder why the rehabilitation rates in our prisons is so low.
"this is state private property"... "you have to be 10 feet, 25 feet away"... they are SO used to ordering people around who have no choice but to listen to them or be punished, that they have forgotten how to interact with the public who doesn't have to bow down to them... this is why they should not interact with the public, or why they should be replaced with someone capable of doing the job right...
After I started watching your videos I can never raise my voice to anyone again, you're so calm and your replies are polite and respectful with a smile and some light laughter, you're a hero brother!
“You can’t restrict this area cuz you want to.” After all these 1st amendment auditors why do these tyrants never learn. Keep up great work educating these corrections officers
The inherent problem is no one properly trains any of these Government officials. What you do, by educating these people, is what the various municipalities should be doing!
Incredible how the employees are so absolute ignorant on laws, and what they are allowed. It’s quite sad to be honest. Great job again Sir, you are definitely making a difference. Thanks.
Each Auditor has their own style and reason for doing what they do! Sean gets further with his style but I fully understand those that seen videos like Karen Garner or Daniel Shaver and now Memphis PD and became an Auditor !! I agree that some of these Auditors were badly treated and have became an Auditor out of revenge and unfortunately - Hatred!! I personally think all government employees should have TERM LIMITS, rewards, raises and promotions for following the laws should be kept in the private sector, public service has become a rewarded Carrer Driven Opportunity and there is when we developed the 2 teared system of rules, justice etc!! The damage from 1 person staying in public office for 40 to 60 yrs has caused damages we are now just seeing! We & Them is how it is now and nothing is working!!
You’re ignorant if you think anything this clown does is for protecting rights. He’s in it for the money period. Being a former cop you should know better. You’re probably one of the fools that donates money to him. Pathetic!
@Jamal X not all cops destroy lives. But the ones that do, do more than enough for the ones that don't. Keep encouraging good cops to stay good and to speak up. Don't take the cops who are saying "Hey this guy is doing nothing wrong" And start blaming them for your personal hatred of bad officers actions. That's how you turn a good cop bad.
That captain sounds paranoid! Seems like he needs a psych exam! Excellent video. It brings out a lot of info on people! Wish there was some way to check on that man's wife and her well-being! It has to be an emotional ride for her and other loved ones!
Honestly though, what "security" is that first woman supposed to provide? She couldn't stop a toddler.... it's really embarrassing whom they hire for security guards.....
The Pasquotank Gated Residential Community really tanked. I’m always amazed by Sean’s ability to stay calm and polite in the face of ignorance, aggression and intimidation.
I used to work for a private prison and then a Federal Correctional facility. I NEVER treated the public with disrespect. I used to work the front lobby and I was always respectful. THIS treatment was so UNPROFESSIONAL with the first two C/O's... They need better ppl there.
@@AZ-vp7xi Man, ya gotta talk to people more. They're not asking for praise, they're just saying "as someone who worked in the same field as these people, their behavior is totally wild and unacceptable".
How in the world do all of these government employees not know about 1A auditors? Seems like they would get a memo out since they all keep making such fools of themselves. Unbelievable. Great job LIA, as always.
It's amazing how little they know about law and legal concepts. There's no such a thing as "state private property". That's a complete contradiction of terms. It's like saying "married bachelor". There are two types of property: Private property and public property. All public property is managed (not owned) by the government, and thus "government property", "city property", "state property" and so on are just synonyms for "public property" (the only difference between them is which entity primarily funds and manages that property). "Private property", in contrast, is property that's _not_ public nor managed by the government, but owned and managed by a private entity (such as a citizen or private company). Thus, saying "state private property" is a complete contradiction of terms. She, like so many police officers and guards, is confusing "restricted access" with "private property". Not the same thing at all. (While something may be public property, it can still have restricted access, ie. the public is not free to enter or reside there without permission from the relevant authorities. But that doesn't make it "private property", it makes it restricted.)
Once again Sean, you have kicked a hornets' nest of ignorance. It's actually quite revealing and scary that Cpt Turley states (9:25) that the federal government funds the state. If the leadership thinks way, can you imagine the level of incompetence and ignorance within the ranks of the security staff?
You are utterly clueless re the law, and the fact that you can listen to some idiot like Sean misrepresent it makes that even more obvious. I imagine you wear your fez as often as you can get away with it, proudly proclaiming your sovereign citizenship.
