Now a days cesarian sec rate has been increased due to increased fetomaternal monitoring and due to which maternal and neonatal mortality is decreased in past women were dying of PPH iufd leading to DIC and so many complications related to normal delivery so an obstetrician ought weight the risks and benefits of both Cesarian sec and svd and decide in best of mother and the fetus..

Not a true description for majority of professionals umar bhai. Might be true for major private setups. But they don't represent the majority. Its kind of one sided story and might only be true for 5 percent. Your patient education points are spot on. What we need is a mother's education definitely. Mode of delivery is always normal and only patient has the autonomy to choose or change her mode. Even an emergency need of c section is a consented and informed procedure. Most of women take c section as an easy way out . A professional never forces their opinion upon a patient . They are counselled regarding any relevant complication. Some times a professional is forced for a c section as they can't deny patient autonomy. And its true for 95% of professionals.
