Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and never assume someone is guilty until all the evidence is in. I see this video was filmed 9 months ago. I obviously missed it. But I think it was one of the best Moci Studios films I have ever seen. Both Oscar’s sister and friend are beautiful. It was nice to see the actress who usually plays bad characters play a good character. The man playing the Police Chief is one of my favorite Moci actors. I haven’t seen him in awhile. Has he retired?

Ex-Detective James made the biggest mistake of his life, putting an innocent young man in prison for a crime he didn't commit, the footage is crystal clear that Oscar was in the vigil, can you imagine the mental state of the falsely accused and what could affect on his life? I work in Dubai Police and we never do such a thing like this video, it's cops like James gives other cops and police departments a bad name

This film again was one of your best. The experienced writing team always does a great job with the story-line of truth happening all over the world. We once were under the belief system protect and serve meant officers would do just that. Now in question, how so..... they trust monetary gains 🤔 😳 lies for promotions, sexual favors in return. So where did this behavior start, by allowing into office people of corruption. Wanting as most people to believe that once in the office of power all would make a difference in the correct manner. What has changed? The man/women of the System. Once highly respected now not so much. The saying "one bad 🍎 will spoil the bunch." Once power is given to the wrong person it opens that door too let in others with the same mindset. 💛💖💙 This is not a complaint as I like your videos very much!! However, I did notice a possible error in this video. It's nothing huge, it could be a difference in procedure or a sign of innocence. Near the end the chief called the officer in charge of prisoners and told him to release Oskar, not to transfer him with the others. Then he says to prepare him for bail. This is where it is confusing to me. I happen to have intimate insider knowledge when it comes to being arrested and being freed (in both Canada and the USA). 🍁 I live in Canada, so perhaps the word means something different for you. 👮‍♀Sometimes, for a lesser crime, you may be given a Promise To Appear notice, it kind of looks like a traffic ticket. Unlike when you get ticketed for speeding, with a Promise To Appear, you don't have a choice whether or not to go to court. If you don't show up on the court date on your notice, the Judge will issue an arrest warrant. Not only will you be arrested the first time an officer comes across you, you'll also get an additional charge. You may even have to supply a security in order to be released again. Although, charges and people given Promise To Appears are pretty low on the crime totem pole so usually they will once again be released without having to pay a dime. 👮🏾Sometimes, even even when you're low on the crime totem pole, you can get arrested. The police might arrest you, take you to jail, and process you through the system before they release you on Your Own Recognizance. Once again you're given a paper with all the relevant information and you must promise to show up for your court date with the judge. You pay nothing to be released in this way. However, if you miss your court date, the judge issues a warrant for your arrest. Once they arrest you, your lawyer must convince the Crown and the Judge why you should be released without paying again. it usually doesn't take more than apologizing and explaining what happened. 👮🏾‍♂👮🏻‍♂👮‍♀ Then there are more severe crimes, or occasionally, just someone who is really bad at remembering court dates and thus, misses too many and upsets the cycle. This time they go looking for you, they are rarely alone when they confront you, cuff you then arrest you (backwards but often necessary), or arrest you then cuff you (the correct way but not always possible), at some point they search you, and then they show you that the childhood dream you had of riding in a police car, and the reality of riding in a police car, are very different. Once they file you into the police station, they will get your information. They want all of the information they can get out of you as well as fingerprints, and a few pictures. Depending on your crime, they may ask nicely for some other things and don't think saying no means they won't get it. The police will simply have you sit in a room until their warrant is ready and then they will come for your fingernails, toenails, blood sample, your underwear, hair clippings, your clothing and shoes, etc. If drugs are involved they may do a better search once you're at the police station, it's usually a full strip search. I once had an officer force me to remove my tampon and they tested it for drugs. I think they did it because they couldn't get a warrant for my blood which they wanted but I refused to give it. I guess testing that was their backup. They must have been thrilled when I told them I needed to use the washroom and I required a clean tampon. 🚨In the worst trouble I was ever in, I couldn't get released on my own. My eldest half-sister came and bailed me out. However, she had to put up her business as collateral. This was the only time I was ever required to put up BAIL MONEY in order to get out. IF I had skipped out on my court date, the courts would have taken possession of my sister's company. My sister, on the other hand, would have looked until she found me. Then she would have taken possession of a baseball bat and beat me with it before handing me over to the courts in hopes of getting her business back. The thing is, only a person who has been charged with a crime would need to be released on BAIL. Only someone charged with a very serious crime, someone who had a lengthy criminal record usually including some failure to appears, or someone who was considered a flight risk, would have to put up collateral to be released on bail. I doubt you read this, I doubt anyone did lol. I thought I'd put it here anyways, just to let you know there was a possible error in your script. 🧡💜❤‍🩹Also, I want to say that I think your channel and each of your videos are amazing!! I am so proud of what you have accomplished in such a short amount of time. I think I've been here from very close to the channel's beginning. I have been coming here since the first time I saw one of your videos on the front page.
