Exactly thats gate keeping. I worked in one of the Best law Firms in Nairobi we had like 8 Top Lawyers and the Pupils who had the Privilege to get in to do their Pupillage yes they learnt from the BEST and Almost all of them got jobs but they also did all the donkey work that needed to be done. But the Experience they got Was priceless
It's so SADDENING how our Kenyan institutions are so ROTTEN!! Ndio maana you get KAREN NYAMU is a graduate of law school in Kenya but can't even write a composition of 400 words in English, the worst case scenario-- is #SILIVANUS OSORO the MP. from Kisiiland, manzeh 2 weeks ago I heard him say on ALJAZERRA NEWS that he's a HIGH COURT ADVOCATE in Kenya!!! Bro' I sunk to my knees, how???? Here in USA, I once had a coworker from Kenya, she was a graduate of law school... I tell you, she can't even do simple Mathematics even the logic ones in real life, yaani ile serious!! Again... It's a sad reality what CORRUPTION & GREEDINESS can bring to a society!!!💔💔💔💔💔💔😡 Alafu kidogo kidogo tunasikia MURKOMEN is CS for YOUTH!!!
Giving people the EXACT same marks 4 times in a row??? Heh! Someone once said, first time is chance,2nd time is a coincidence,3rd time is a pattern! Something is clearly off.
let's not forget that in 2017 CLE had tried to pass a directive to have everyone who wanted to join KSL should sit for a 'Pre bar' exam, only for them to be sued and stopped by the court.
ii story ya corruption and gatekeeping apo kwa law MIGUNA Miguna ameongelea kwa "Peeling Back the Mask". by the time he was trying to relocate to Kenya he was already a practising advicate , solicitor, barristor etc in Canada but coming here in the 90s he had to "do it the Kenyan way"
The older generations just thinking about them makes my blood boil. They are not patriotic at all, they are the enemies of progress and only care about themselves and not the betterment onf the country. So sad honestly. We shall take this nation when our time comes and make them pay. Oh so God help us.
Ama if you follow the money kuna mtu anakulia at CLE as side thing from Riara. Ni kama watu huenda hosy and hakuna dawa and inorder kutibiwa, you have to get meds from the pharmacy outside the hospital of which the meds belong to the hospital
And I thought sisi Engineering students tukona mashida😮 But Damnnn!!! these Law students are going through worse, hell even. All in all, the Kenyan systems have failed us, and things will continue to deteriorate if we remain silent.
That LSK lady is working overtime. Niliona kwa space akiadress hii kitu. IMO those are deep rooted institutional reforms required. Hizo vitu wanapitia isn’t unique to them. Ukisomea any public uni unajua vile resits huwa. Kabla upate paper yako ya exam kuna process.
@@ochiengotieno8352 she’s putting in the effort to address the issue. It’s a bit harsh to come guns blazing on her. Angenyamaza, then it would be a different story. Sometimes we just want to blame everyone and anyone. Focus should be on addressing the pain areas.. of which kuna discussions as per hiyo space yao.
@PatrickBlaze47 what efforts are those? I have seen no efforts to address our issue. Instead, she has concentrated more on the Gen Z maandamano which have led to kina Raila getting positions. So according to you talking about things on space is the solution? Where are the actions! You don't seem to understand the problems facing the legal fraternity. Shut up!
@@ochiengotieno8352 ukiona the solutions given to you aren’t good enough then you propose solutions/reforms that work for you. Si kutupa tu mdomo online.
3:35 Not a psycophant of Waititu but he might actually have meant re-chanelling the rivers instead of bulldozing the buildings. He just didn't say it in what people expect to be a sophisticated manner, and since people have a preconception that he is not the sharpest tool in the shed they assumed his idea was stupid. He might have actually been right. But we'll never know.
