Bad technical design, to change a bulb you you have to dismantle all the ftont of the car. Bulbs should be changed without tools ,no dismantle in one minute.
I am distrusting this video because I have personally done the drivers side without removing thr bumper. Just take the air box out to.make some space. I wonder if the battery can be removed and that other box for passenger side
@@Professional_RU-vid_Commenter . Yep, if you've just got to do one side that's fine 👍. I had to do both so it made sense to whip off the bumper. It's your car, it's up to you how you do it.
Great video, I'm gonna be doing my 08 soon, replacing all bulbs as I would hate to reassemble everything just to have another burnt bulb soon after, replacing with LEDs also so longer life span, hopefully the only time I need to do this
If it's the handle end you can normally grab the cable with pliers. If it's at the front, maybe keep some tension on the cable and jiggle the bonnet? It's a tough one, I'm not sure how you'd get in there? Good luck sorting it out 🤞.
I’ve a 2011 model and it’s a bit easier to get the headlight off than yours albeit I’ve only had the passenger side one off,without taking the bumper off. Must admit they could make them easier I think ! Cheers.
Just taken possession of a 2014 corsa. Passenger side bulb needed replacing. Do NOT dismantle the front of your car 🙄. Yes it’s tight for space but if you actually follow the instructions as per the manual it can be done. took me no more than a minute
For the driver's side, I've managed to pull out the fuse box cover and replace the bulb a few months ago. Now for the other side, today I've managed to replace the bulb without doing anything else, but the plastic cover behind the bulb won't fit unfortunately. Will have to do some unscrewing tommorow. Yes, it is as bad as it looks
WTF man, you can change the bulbs without removing the head lamps. Just get yourself a kid with small hands he/she will change the bulbs in a few minutes
Nah... Bumper off and headlight out for a bulb switch? I got huge hands and managed to swap the left bulb of my neighbour without doing all this extra work... Sure it was not the funniest of bulbs to replace but to everyone who reads this: if you are taking the bumper off you have not tried long enough fidgetting around with your fingers in there. Also: if you are about to take the bumper off just take the thing into a garage and let them replace the bulb. Save yourself loads of time, bring your own cheap bulb if you want to.
