CORSAIR Platform:6 Desk 

I was just thinking the same and would rather go for Secretlab Magnus

Don't know why you compare two completely different offerings. The base version of the Platform 6 comes with two pre installed monitor arms and a power dock, plus the desk surface itself is bigger than the base version of the Magnus. The Magnus pro XL sits at 1000 bucks right now, but if you want to have the two monitor arms included, you are paying 1300 already. Lets say you want the PC mount too (since Corsairs desk includes a dedicated space for a PC), you're paying 1400. And thats without the bigger frame and the two panels to hang up stuff you get with the highest Corsair version. I think they are almost the same, but when it comes to customization, Corsair is the go to here.

Seems about in line with normal mid-range premium furniture prices. That’s about what desks start at from high end furniture brands.

Arms with VESA mounts are included. You can spin them around to vertical.

It's 1700 for creator edition and 1400 for elevate expensive but not as bad as I'd have thought

My order was 5 boxes, and they showed up at different times also. That was a UPS issue. CORSAIR couldn't do anything about it. I just kept an eye on my tracking numbers.

Yes you can! I even tried 4 monitors. You'll need an extra monitor mounting arm if you want to mount more than 2 monitors. Another thing to consider is how your monitors will be orientated. Depending on the size, if 2 or more are horizontal then you might not have space to have your PC on the desk. Personally, I got the Desk Extensions and placed my PC on one of those so that I had plenty of space for 2, 3, or 4 monitors.

I remember in early 2000 every desk had keyboard tray on rails meant for PC setup, and usually open bay for computer and sometimes elevated shelf in the corner for monitor to stand a bit higher. This was when having free space on your desk was essential to get (various) work done. Personally i love under desk tray for: superior typing comfort, free desk space (working area), it looks neat and clean(?). This desk is meant for gamers and i mean only gamers that only use computer, but even gamers would love some desk space for that gamer food, eh? Still.. even if gamers don't need/want kb tray, it wouldnt hurt to have the OPTION to get it installed. They say modular i say bs.
