I went to get poly fill stuffers and it doesnt look like that and come out like sheets making it easy to wrsp. It is more like doll stuffing and breaks apart so you cant wrap it. Is this a specififc type? If so, what is the name please?

Does the poly fill stuffers have glue on it? I am wondering how it stays put..
