To Corax's credit, he didn't just order the execution of all his mutated sons, he went to each of them one on one, apologized, and killed them with his own hands

In regards to the Corvus vs Konrad stuff, Corvus' biggest fear is that deep down he is as bad as Kurz. Since they share the same flaw, of being unable to let go of injustice and see them go unpunished.

It never clicked with me before, but Corvus getting transformed by the Warp is kind of fitting after what happened with his mutated sons.

Corax always felt like the one Primarch who you could actually chill and have a beer with like a normal person.

Horus making Corvus go frontline would have me on the spot question his abilities as warmaster. Like I would go "PERTY WOULD BE BETTER AND HE HATES WAR" Even if it ended up with Corvus not joining chaos. Totally played himself.

Good way to remember the difference between the 3 "stealth legions". You won't see the Night Lords but you'll know they're there. You won't see the Raven Guard and you won't know they're there. You'll see the Alpha Legion but won't know they're there. Yes I know the Night Lords aren't strictly stealth but they fit for the context

Finally, me and the other 16 Raven Guard fans get our day.

I'm happy my primarch finally got an episode. Also note, there's new lore that it's believed he mightve never left the raven spire and still resides there.

Honestly one of my favorite Corax excerpt I've seen is when he and the remaining Raven Guard was escaping after Istvaan and they met a traitor ship (I can't remember if it was Deliverance or Battle for the Abyss). Since the traitors like the Warp so much, he ran next to the ship and activated his warp drive, which dragged the traitor ship into the Warp... without their Gellar fields. It's actually quite funny since the commander of ship took a moment to realize what just happened, said "Oh", looks down and sees a tentacles burst from his chest from warp mutation.

Corvus feels like the guy that's willing to get shit done in the most efficient means possible, but is a huge softy on the inside. His loyalty is measured equally to his strong sense of justice and compassion for his compatriots and civillians. Perhaps not on the same level as say Vulcan, but noticeably more than most primarchs. On top of his suprisingly excellent combat performance, Corvus is a very underrated primarch. And in spite of the hardships faced by the legion (and all their brooding), their chapter and it's offshoots still continue to faithfully follow Corvus' will in 40K.

So the Terran raven guard marines often would serve with the Luna wolves before Corax was found. Because of this many of the worlds they conquered were over shadowed by Horus which Corax grew bitter about. Corax also struck Horus after the gate 42 battle due to the loss of his marines.

How can you forget Corvus and Leman having a little brother vibe and coming to make a last stand to save Leman after he tried to take down Horus himself?

Always find it kinda funny that they always forget about Sanguinius when they talk about Primarch vs Primarch stuff. He DID take Angron. And Leman Russ called out Sanguinius as the one brother he didnt think he could take in a fight. Dude was baller so they had to kill him so he wouldnt trounce the traitors after Horus died

I've been waiting for this one! Damn it's exciting to finally have my favorite primarch and chapter get their day in the sun. I do have to say, there is some VERY recent lore that suggests that Corvus never actually left his room in the Ravenspire. I am pretty sure that this doesn't decanonize Corax's battle with Lorgar in the warp. Which implies that Corax has developed the ability to astral project a VERY power warp form into the warp

Corvus being a loyalist daemon primarch is cool as fuck tbh, it's so weird that they haven't brought him into the tabletop

raven guard and corvus are the one faction remaining that i really wanted to know more about. kinda sad that, as for now, it seems that the raven guard seem to be like the nightlords, were they have a giga championship-belt in loosing. it makes it even feel more bad since corvus seems to be a more caring primarch (to his sons at least) and that he generally is against oppression

I have been waiting since the damn Conrad kurze episode for this one. I've barely seen it yet.

Corax is one of the best primarchs. And like the not so subtle poe tie in.

So, this means that the next episode is probably about Raven Guard in general. Hoping for my boy Nykona to get a mention. (also, read Angel Exterminatus, it's so good)

I think that was the last character from TTS that DK had not been introduced too, so now he can and probably must watch TTS.

41:00 I'm not so sure, even pre demonhood Magnus telekinetically lifted a 12km mass conveyor that lexicanum lists as 60 million tons, he was assisted by some of the TS at the time but it's noted that their contributions were minor. i could easily see that much force gibbing servitors faster than Angron can hack-and-slash his way through them.

Bricky, how is it weird they have super close and super long range weapons? have you never played a RPG? Daggers and bows are the rogue's and assassin's two most common weapons both works perfectly fine as sneaky, and Raven Guard has the most Skyrim Sneaky meme logic of all space marines.

On the topic of Corax being an actually good dad, TTS has an amazing line. "As Time has Proven, A Caring Parental Figure is the Best Defense against the Vileness of Chaos" and that fits so fucking well here. Be it a caring parent adopting a Primarch, or the Emperor *not* being a complete shitter at the basic understanding of being a parent to Demigods.

Can someone please explain to me why Angron is always seen as inferior in melee (In 30k timeline) amongst his brothers? The Lion is a Knight duelist (dunno how good) The Khan fights real fast that terrifies Orks and Fulgrim strives for perfection in melee, but are we also forgetting the fact that all his life he grew up in a literal battlefield in the GLADIATOR pits of his home world and almost beats a custodian to death (he’s a Primarch I get it but still…) am I missing something?

Bottom line, GW need to at least flesh out those "Uber Space Marines" the Emperor tried to gift to Corax that the 20th Legion sabotaged. It would be so awesome if a small healthy group of them survived somewhere in the warp or the void.... dare to dream... It would make up for the lack of lore they have... if just a small few made it... smdh... just a book guys, one book!!! come on!!!! It would be dope if they turned into the Warp Ghosts or something... (they can phase in and out of reality, like a chaos version of the Legion of the Damned, but they talk more and barter and stuff...)

He's definitely still a daemon , the word itself means a being that bridges mortals to God's, sort of an inbetween not inherently good or evil

Pre-chaos Sanguinius, Fulgrim, Lion, Kurze, Russ and Jagathai all could 1v1 Angron. Post ascencion Fulgrim and Sanguinius still absolutely could. Hell, both options Sanguinius just stomps him

Note that by the time Corax was found, the 2nd and 11th Legions were already deleted
