Gloria Satterfield peace to her soul was the slave and therefore the personal object of the Murdaughs. She had no employment contract. She was always paid in cash. This is called undeclared work and is punishable by law. She did not have just one function but several. She did not work in just one household but several. She worked as a housekeeper and nanny at the same time for Alex and Maggy Murdaugh. Her duties were to clean the house, to cook, to iron the clothes, to wash the clothes, take care of everything when there are family meetings or business dinners, advisor and therapist for Maggy. She was a permanent servant even when they went on vacation they took her with them to ensure their well-being. She worked for Maggy in Edisto and for Alex in the Moselle. She worked as a housekeeper for Alex Murdaugh's mother and father in Almeda. She also worked for Ronnie Crosby, former associate and good friend of Alex Murdaugh for over 20 years. In the Murdaugh murder trial, Ronie Crosby claimed that Gloria Satterfield helped his wife. She had 2 sick sons whom she took care of with love. She lived with her children in a trailer while her bosses are rich and own millions, houses, estates, islands, planes, boates etc....! Gloria Satterfield was exploited as a slave by the Murdaughs and the day she died her sons were kicked out of their trailer and Alex Murdaugh as always and in a sneaky way stole their mother's insurance money with the help from his friend and lawyer Corey Fleming. The only sentence I see right for the monsters Alex Murdaugh and Corey Fleming is life in prison.

@raincadeify
@raincadeify 10 месяцев назад
@@politicallyincorrect5802 I'd guess he's 60 at the most, but either way he won't do 20 years and his age now is kinda irrelevant because he got free years walking among us while his victims and their survivors have been suffering the consequences of his crimes from day one. All these years the financial gain and status he enjoyed instead of sitting in a jail cell has been a free ride. He's got his retirement set up for himself and his wife, his kids are through college and settled into their chosen professions, his grandkids will no doubt inherit college funds, etc. Compare those and other benefits he raked in to what Gloria Satterfield and the Pinkneys got. Btw, he used money that belonged to Pamela Pinkney to fly himself and Murdaugh on a private jet to watch a ball game, and the three years federal time he got doesn't even include that. Generally I think our prison system is overly punitive, BUT these people with enough connections and resources to avoid prosecution, once caught, shouldn't then get sentences concurrent or early parole just because they got old while ripping poor and handicapped people off. He was good at avoiding his day in court, but now it's finally here and he owes his victims and society the time.

They literally said 20. Concurrent means he is serving all of those 5 year sentences at the same time. You figure out the longest sentence, which is 10 years for each case. The two cases -Saterfield and Pinkney are running consecutively. That’s twenty years.
@bellezanegra0206
@bellezanegra0206 10 месяцев назад
@@scotty8307you can’t add either. The longest sentence for each was team years. Everything else was concurrent. Two ten year sentences consecutively is 20 years, not 30.

He got sentenced to 10 years for pinkney and 10 years for the other family consecutively so 20 years total. Everything else is concurrent. If this is federal which I’m assuming it is, they don’t have day for day. It’s either 85% or 100% so he will be doing a little over 16 years more than likely at 85%
@Chief-
@Chief- 10 месяцев назад
@@FrankLucas1 the 20’years is the state, he has separate 46 month fed sentence but it runs concurrent with state. So max time imprisoned with be 20 years but he’ll presumably he’ll be paroled early. SC makes one eligible for parole after serving 25% of sentence.
