He's from my city of Aurora, Colorado and went to my high school. The kickboxing gym he fights at is 3 miles away from me. It's a small world after all lol
@@yoda18 Every new fan is a casual stupid. I'm 30 and been watching mma (not just ufc) for half my life. But casuals are the reason UFC and mma in general has grown so much and I'm for it
More like it would be a helluva ass beating lol. First he'd have to go up in weight and then he'd have to get on Max's level. Max would win that fight. He would walk through him. I dont even think sandhagen is gonna get through dillashaw this weekend. Epo or not. If your gonna talk about a 135er fighting a 145er maybe omalley and max but thats still a big ass maybe. Max would win that one too but I say a few more years and omalley goes up
He puts the full game together so well, and actually uses his reach to his advantage. He’s the future of MMA. To my understanding he didn’t have like a specific background, just trained everything.
@@Jigohhh I guess he is a freak of the division. He's 5'11 but, just 135 lbs. Reach is a huge advantage. Plus it's not always about power, he's got good timing and precision. Exciting contender indeed.
@@paulandrewgomez861 his reach isnt that crazy for his height. Long arms but narrow clavicle. Good body type for his style. He still has a reach advantage but the long torso and narrow clavicle still give him speed on the inside.
I was scared for Yan for a while, but then I realised he is on another level. This is going to be a walk in the park if Cory doesn't knee him. Exciting fight! Better fight then Clown vs Yan. Although i would like to see a live murder
I've seen similar body types and fighting styles, but 2 things that stand out to me that make him different are both his seamless use of both stances and also his defensive responsibility is quite sound.
That head movement is ridiculous, almost never punches with his head on a line. Always weaving out of the way. Must be frustrating as an opponent to be constantly swinging at air
Two completely different levels there bud. Adesanya’s understanding of fighting is beyond our comprehension. Also Sandhagen is 50 lbs lighter so he’s going to have more output
That's probably pretty unlikely, at least in the near future. I like O'Malley, more so his fighting ability/style, but he'll really have to jump on the gas pedal and get as many fights as possible this year considering his loss to Chito Vera. His medical suspension ends in a few days so hopefully he's fully healed and ready to go.
I wish I can fight like these, everytime I try fighting in and out of the pocket I get hit. Plus if I use weaving and bobbing I get off balance or get tired more. Fuck
@@TB-ng9ko fighting him is like standing in quick sand. The more you panic and struggle the more you sink. He just picks guys apart while there swinging at air.
Hes fast but it's his ability to mix up the speed and timing of his punches. You see this alot with those boxers with 500 fight amateur records. Golovkin was really good at it.
