I appreciate the ease and normalcy you bring to these connections, thank you! I am wondering due to AA Metatron's embodiment of sacred geometry would he make a good host/contact for deepening our connection with the Cosmic Angel's? Also do the Cosmic Angel's most often come as a group?

Hey there! When connecting to new energies I would suggest opening your heart and energy to connect directly to the Cosmic Angels and receive their unique frequency. Archangel Metatron is not necessary to support the connection, but if you want support with your channelling abilities you can always call on Archangel Raziel first, before you call on the Cosmic Angels to come forward.
