I think the astonishing thing about this fight is that in spite of every single thing... Saitama was *STILL HOLDING BACK.* Not only was he only fighting with one hand, but he was still deliberately choosing to not kill Garou so he could fulfill his promise. That is just insane.

6:49 just to drive home how absurd this move is: The name is Omnidirectional Serious Punch,it’s a single punch with dozens of after images making it look like it’s coming from everywhere. When Saitama punched him in the portal he didn’t follow Garou,HE WAS ALREADY ON THE OTHER SIDE(you can even see him in the split second Garou opens the portal). The crazy thing is that he was moving so fast that he was faster than teleportation,he probably saw Garou opening a portal and ran around the moon to find the other side and punched him right back to where he was trying to scape from. Because of that this is my favorite serious move of him so far.

This is actually so extremely well made, I don't think there's a better OPM fan animation out there than this one.

One of my favorite transitions at 4:44. We go from Saitama looking down at Garou with the eye of Jupiter in the background to a wide shot showing how big Jupiter is compared to Io. In the initial scene Saitama is clearly associated with Jupiter and Garou with Io with the panel evenly split between them, but then the change in perspective shows just how laughable the comparison is. Good foreshadowing for the fight ahead and simultaneously establishing its setting.

With Saitama’s growth, maybe he can finally tickle that mosquito from Season 1 💀

You know what this animation perfectly captures about Saitama and One Punch Man in general? This 1:06. Depression. Saitama isn't physically threatened by anything. There's not a force in all of reality that can challenge him. And yet, he's dealt a more crippling and Biblically devastating blow than any punch can deal, by realizing that he wasn't there for his one and only best friend. The closest thing he has to family, and he let them down. He wasn't there for them when they needed him. And this realization wounds him down to the very soul. Seeing this person, though weaker than him but that he admired immensely nonetheless, being killed directly because he let him down. He wasn't a good enough hero to save the student that worshipped him for how great of a hero he was, but who Saitama secretly respected and appreciated far more than Genos could ever know. The ache of being the strongest thing in the universe, and letting down the ones you love regardless. All that power, completely meaningless. That's why Saitama doesn't even hesitate. That's why with one single step, he launches straight into the most serious punch he's ever thrown. Because even with the power of God, Saitama was weak, and it killed his only friend. That face he makes right before he launches himself at Garou isn't just anger, it's disappointment in himself. It's the realization that now he's alone in the world, nobody but himself and his own immense power, because he wasn't strong where it counts. And he's beyond angry over it. He's homicidal. And there's no homicidal urge more powerful than the one with which you know, even if you win, you've still lost forever. All that's left for him in that singular instant of realization, a moment of genuine comprehension of his true, eternal emptiness... Is a motherfucker that needs the only thing he has left in life to give. KILLER MOVE... SERIOUS SERIES... 👊

Having to work together to redirect the shockwave of those two punching one another a SINGLE TIME to stop earth from exploding is incredible. Like, I love dragon ball to death, but they don't sell the weight of their power levels as well as this does.

Garou's problem is that he copies techniques. Which works great against people who rely on technique. Saitama does not use technique. Saitama uses pure, raw, power.

You know it's good when you can't stop rewatching this for months..

The craziest part about this entire thing was that Saitama was trying not to kill Garou at the request from a dying Tareo which really makes you think if he did decide to straight up end Garou he could have done it in one punch lol Also this is an Amazing Fan animation and is absolutely beautiful!.

One of my most favorite minor details is at 2:16 where King is using his body to shield the sisters. Even while powerless, King still has a heroes instinct to protect others in spite of how afraid he is all the time and thinks he can do nothing.

I mean at this point I have no more words of complimenting your animation But one thing I will give you props for is keeping the dialogue silent and not having random japanese words being spoken by using the voice actors other roles and random words honestly such a pet peeve of mine

That probably has to be one of the coolest and most over the top action fight's I've ever seen and honestly, only One Punch Man can pull that off while simultaneously ending this galaxy spanning fight with a god damn fart of all things

Beautiful animation man! Everything from the artistic style, graphics, character motions, VFX was done excellently. I particularly liked the part with Saitama in the rain and the background music playing. The Earth, Jupiter and space depictions and animations were also superb. Loved the animation at the part where Saitama farted and punched Garou to Earth, top notch! Keep up the awesome work. Happy to know that if the real animation isn't good, we can look to you for great ones!

The thing I really like about Saitama isn’t how strong he is, but it’s how practical he is. He will only fuck around with flashy moves whenever he’s trying to prove a point. Other than that he’s going to go straight to the most efficient move he can to just end the fight

Crazy to think Saitama was still holding back both because he made a promise and because he was careful with Genos' core. This really makes me want to see a version of this fight where Saitama goes all out. I can't decide if it would have been over in less than five punches or if Saitama would have dragged it out even longer on purpose just to release all of his emotions.

Jesus Christ man, this isn't my first time watching this masterpiece yet I'm still speechlessly impressed and amazed by the quality of it...it's currently 1am+ here and my brain isn't in the state to dig up bombastic words from my vocab bank to praise this but if I had the energy and time I really would. The quality, details, accuracy and so many more aspects were absolutely NAILED. Honestly I've never seen fan animations soo good it can rival the original. The original humour and animation style, and the badass aura of Saitama and everything were perfectly captured, while the special effects were absolutely amazing too-you can't really even find any imperfections out of it. My fatigue is limiting me from continuing to yap cliche choices of words on how well done this animation is but seriously, ONE would've been proud to see this himself, I daresay. Absolute masterpiece there RedHairedGuy.
