"Some products" are sold at the professional level. So why not ask for a license to purchase the strong chemical products like hair color and perm solutions, and allow the public to purchase the shampoos, styling tools, and other generic beauty-related items? It still doesn't make sense to me to have such a fancy store and not even partially open it to the public. I don't understand how Cosmoprof will stay in business with all those stores... But we will see. JMHO
Yes i was wondering the same thing it gets me mad not everyone want to go to the salon or want to go to the nail salo. There dirty and most dangerous i hope they open it to the public
+sage “Gypsy spirit” osbourne-plant Sally Beauty does NOT sell branded shampoos & such, they only sell generic versions and crappy brands that I don't like. If Cosmoprof does not want to sell hi end shampoos and such to the public because you need a license, that is their loss. There are other beauty supply stores that will sell to me, so they will get the public's money. Cosmoprof's loss! That was my point!
