ASX IT and EAM Solution Company, Cosol (COS), listed on the ASX in January 2020. Cosol has a market cap under $100m yet is profitable (by a few million $) and growing, thus fits within a subset of companies on the ASX that I attempt to gain a little bit of understanding.

Thanks for the analysis kneppy. I bought into this stock last year, only a small parcel as it's difficult to trade due to low liquidity. Since this video Cosol has made another acquisition, paying with cash, stock and debt. New contracts have been signed, one with the world's largest diamond mining company, de beers. Would love to see what you think of the companys financial year result when it is released in the next couple of months. Cheers Kit

I did almost 40 years of 2 nights / 2 days a week. I don't miss the nights but my body does as I'm awake alot in the early hours since I "retired".

You said you're interested in small, profitable and growing companies. Supply Network (SNL) might be a fit. Provides after-market parts to the commercial vehicle industry in Australia and New Zealand EV/OPCF bit high, but P/S seems low, strong growth, and SP in well defined up trend. TEV: 424m FY21: OPCF 16m, Revenue: 162m (from 136m), npat 13.8 (from 9.2) Chairman's address of 19 Nov: FY22 expected rev: 180m, npat: 18m. SP up by 18% as a result (on mediocre volume).

Hey kneppy, really enjoyed this one, will do more research! Just chasing your thoughts on HZN?? I know it’s not exactly esg friendly but seems pretty cheap given the returns to shareholders and profitability recently and looks like oil prices will be staying high for some time! Also as for night shift, I am a paramedic and find things go much smoother when I am fatigued, I assume due to less internal dialogue and being much less sympathetically driven.
