Reply to my comment, they have awesome chalk markers now big and small !! I use them for menus and also spelling words or happy notes for the kids on the bathroom mirror!! Easy clean !!

I’m in Connecticut, prices at the grocery stores are through the roof! I used to be able to get through a month on about $500. Now it only goes for two weeks. I started cooking different. Lots of pasta and rice type casseroles! Foods that are filling. I’ve been baking my own bread and goodies. Also, been cleaning out the pantry and deep freezer using up whatever I have and finding items I forgot I purchased. Thank goodness for Pinterest, you can find all kind of recipes.

I totally understand a little one clearing the low shelf in the pantry. My grandson does it all the time so my daughter created a game. We moved all of our Tupperware on that shelf and other safe items. He is a 16 month old micro preemie and helps unload the dishwasher matching the container with its lid and most of the time gets the lid on himself then to finish the job puts it on the shelf. The shelf is not always neat or organized but that's what we are teaching through the game now.

No we don’t. The president does not set prices. Corporations have been posting record profits. The GOP has blocked all legislation to regulate prices. Maybe before you parrot cult statements, you should understand how capitalism works.

Yo wake up prices didn't only rice in USA and Canada but all over the world. And beside covid we have to thank your American government for that. For the Ukraine war, fir the sanctions that didn't affect only Russia but the whole f Europe.

Chalk board paint sounds cool until you remember that at two if a baby is encouraged to draw on a door they have no concept that wall, floors and every door in the house are not to be drawn on. Go for white, easy to clean. Fuel prices in Canada jumped so we can expect to see higher prices on everything. I used to shop once a month now it is once every six weeks. Fresh fruit and veggies are missed but since i can't get cheaper fuel i will just use less!

Hope you use frozen produce too. They are just as nutritious (I've read sometimes even a little more). And, prices are cheaper out of season. COSTCO has the best frozen organic fruit 4 cheap.

Paint is white with the two large insert panels in black board paint so Libby can draw on the bottom and you can do notes on the top, but the base would be white, a full black door isn't as nice as you think!

Paint with chock board black Paint, so you can write a shopping list and messages there, but the lower half can be where libby can draw on. Or use magnetic on too.

Hi Sommers family Olivia gumboots are awesome great for puddle splashing. Grocery shopping is expensive here to.Costco is quite a far distance from us so we keep that for a 3 times a year shop. Though never on a Sunday it’s absolutely hectic. We generally to grocery shopping locally & yes it can be expensive. Aldi supermarkets help regulate the prices and have good prices with surprise buys in their middle aisles.Australia

Hey guys… my suggestion is do both white and black. In the middle section of the pantry door paint it with chalkboard paint… that way you can make lists of things you may need! As always loved the video! Welcome to Spring! From fellow vloggers down in Houston, AK.

Here in the Netherlands it depends what store you go. But the prices are also high. We have a sugar tax etc. Last year I was on holiday in swiss, well the prices are crazy over there.. far from normal😂

Groceries are nut here in Texas as well, family of 6! We are both teachers and struggling to keep up. Costco and HEB are the go-to's for us but definitely not easy.

Manitoba Canada... we go to winnipeg (90 minutes away from us) for costco. The amount that you got would run us around $700-$800 and add on 13% tax on top of that. It used to cost us $450-$500 and tax on top before 2020. Prices have steadily been climbing for everything.

I'm in Wisconsin, I shop about every 2 wks. I go to a regular grocery store and spend about 250-280 and then also go to Costco and spend about another 150-200 also every 2 weeks. This is for 2 people!

This is crazy, those prices. Here in Germany we experiencing a decrease again in prices. I just bought cucumbers for 39 eurocent each, red bell pepper 3 for 1,50 euro, etc. etc. Good luck, Somer Family. God will be your provider. Ps. Such crazy prices. Those cucumbers were 45p (56cents) each in my local Aldi this week. The larger ones were 65p. …..just to give you an idea here in UK.

I went to get a quarter pounder meal at McDonalds awhile back. I rarely go there, so I was IN SHOCK when that meal was $14.57 !!!!! Needless to say, I haven't been back. I live in NW WA state. Grocery prices sky high. Gas is insane as well.

Here in northern New Hampshire, grocery prices are outrageous. I shop at a Super Walmart which is supposed to be cheaper than the big chains and it is still a fortune. And there's only 2 of us.

You got your door!!! Paint it white, and if you change your mind later, go with black. But black back to white will take A LOT more work. (Also as some one that works earlly childhood and elementary please change your daughter to a sippy cup of some kind. The bottle is not developmently appropriate and also not good for her development of eating (drinking), speech, and also can cause dental things to if she drinks it and falls asleep with it. With all the different kind if sippy or kids cup their will be one that she can easily transition to. )

We hate filming in public too. They switched rotisserie to a bag recently and it is not going over well with a lot of people. 45 minutes in Costco is amazingly fast. Our last Costco trip was over $700 😢.

You might look into getting Earth Breeze detergent. They are flat sheets that can be sent in the mail. I have used it for at least 8 months and very satisfied with it.

Western Kentucky paper products was a lot higher especially the Plastics Forks enlarged toilet paper. Not sure if the butter was higher or just got larger amounts rather than by the pound

Gas prices drive all prices. When they are pushing electric cars and eliminating gas motors the price of gas goes up. Costco in MD is expensive too. Most of your items are a dollar or two more than ours, some are the same, and the scent beads were $3 cheaper than what we pay here.

Without cheating I said $519!! It’s ludicrous everywhere! I’m in NY and not the city… I’m way west in the corner of western NY and prices are awful. The city is worse with prices! Not sure how people are affording it!

Here at the Costco in California where I live the prices are going up. I remember when the Fairlife was 20 bucks and now it's up to almost 35.00 bucks a case. I live in the Central Valley not in a big city.

Went back and looked at credit cards at grocery stores from 2021 versus now. We were spending about $300-$400 a month on groceries. That has about doubled now as last month we racked up $700 at the grocery store. This is in small town USA in the south.

The one good thing shopping at Sam's club or Costco you actually have something left in a couple weeks or a month you go to regular grocery stores you're out of everything at least when you shop there you have a couple extra ketchup or or hours or whatever
