Hi Neha, When you select your house, it is mentioned always whether the house is furnished or not. If it says fully furnished mostly appliances are included!

Hello, There is general perception in India that if you move to Canada you will have to do all household work and cleaning work own your own. As hiring maids and servants are expensive. So, do even rich and upper class families also do these cleaning work on their own or do they keep house maids or servants in there house in Canada?

Its very rare to have a maid in canada. Not even middle class family will have one. Maybe very wealthy families might have one to cut the grass, but still usually never to wash clothes, dishes, etc.

Sure you can get cleaning service which is someone that comes to your house once a week for general cleaning. If you are a millionaire or billionaire then you can afford in house maid or maids. Labor is extremally expensive in Canada so you have to have a lot of money to keep a maid. People who make 100k-200k/year CAD won't be able to afford in house maid.
