Hey Hun…If you watched the previous video i did on AUSTRALIA and IRELAND.. I said AUSTRALIA and IRELAND consider youd years of experience..AUSTRALIA only takes nurses with 5years experience…so the payslip I presented is the starting salary..and the Nhs one is the starting salary as well and the republic of ireland is of a nurse with same years of experience as Aussie and they are all in Hospitals ..so that’s basically the entry levels…

@@OwenBa the Public sector really doesn’t pay much…..care homes in uk most of them start from 34 thousand plus pounds per annum

@@OwenBa Yet in Ireland after 3 years your money shoots up, plus they consider your previous experience, it's unlikely they will start you with the minimum unless you are straight from college /university.

@@kilembaagnes2986 there will be positive news in 2022, they need nurses badly and will be taken some new standards soon. The biggest problem is language and cold winter . But I know, that to my known healthcare assistance were offered base salary 19 eur per hour before tax. Finland though is a country of salary-adds. Evening hours, night hours, Saturday hours, Sunday hours(double) plus alarming fees when You are accepting to come to additional shift - are adding a lot to the base. Coming to work on Saturday as a free day work having already full week hours done, the hour price is triple, freeday work on Sunday is anyway triple. Also they do agency shifts under "Seure" , 30-40 eur hour plus adds

It means overtime paid at time and a quarter standard ..if rate in 16euro and you do overt you will be paid an additional 4euro which is a quarter of 16 So time and a quarter will be 20euro an hour and that’s standard overtime
