In USD 400-1000 = Pm rent 100-220= per month utilities for 8month (gas, water, wifi, electricity, heater) 50-100= pm utilities for 4month 100-150= pm groceries Average living expenses 800-1000 permonth without entertainment 100-200= eat out/uber/snacking permonth Transportation? Insurance? Clothes shopping? Leisure like movies, or travelling with friends ?

Part Time Job after one year and on campus job as you begin college are a huge help to atleast pay for your rent.

You can join a lot of Facebook groups depending on area you are planning to move in. Usually people post there about rentals/roommates etc. They are really helpful!

Very minimal. Public transportation is cheap. It is advisable to look for a place within 5 miles from college

There are variety of scholarships available. There are graduate assistantships/ teaching assistant. You also have an option of doing on campus job to manage your expenses
