Thanks. At the moment, the tourist visas are not processed. Technically you can search the work if you are on a tourist visa but it is not recommended. You cannot convert a tourist visa to a work visa. For IT jobs, the IELTS is not mandatory.

it is for adults. For children, it should be around 300 Euros per year per person. All this is for private hospitals. Public hospitals are always free for most part.

Yes, it is occupied by us. We cannot share the home with friends or other people as that's the basic contract here. Also, we cannot sub rent it as well. The standard is, for a couple, we can rent a single bedroom home, if we have one or two children, we should rent at least two bedroom home. if you are in outer areas, we can rent three bedroom house on the same price as we do.

Student can legally work 20 hours per week. A typical job can get 12 to 20 Euros an hour.

Yes. It is also depending upon the region. If he is living in Dublin(which is the costly), it is barely enough if he is living with family. But if he is a bachelor, he can save around 2K per month.

Ireland is a typical western country. They are certainly friendly with the other ethnic people. But you cannot expect that behaviour with everyone. Comparing to other countries, Ireland is definitely better.
