My question is, can someone from East Africa immigrate to Uganda and live there? I'm considering moving some of my relatives from Ethiopia to Uganda. Currently, I live in the United States, but I believe Uganda's rainforest and tropical environment would be a great fit for relatives. I've been looking for places in Africa with tropical climates where they can easily grow their own food if needed. However, I'm a bit worried about the immigration process. Are there any potential tensions between Ugandans and foreigners? What does the Ugandan population generally think about immigrants living among them? I just want to make sure my relatives will be welcomed and feel at home in Uganda.
