LOVE that you quoted a keratin treatment cost! I need them to not walk around like Monica Barbados. So thanks for including that among all the great info!
Thanks for subbing! Yes definitely growing the community here for putting out longer more informative content. But love Instagram for reels and stories!
OK interesting, I have to rent my own condo and I am quite strict on my food, and have expensive health insurance. So my cost of living is $1500 USD per month in Chiangmai, maybe more if you add treats. Not bad for a high quality lifestyle, I was living in Australia on the breadline and spending more than this.
Thank you for sharing all this precious informations. I see that we have the same way to travel(without the possession/rent of vehicle). And I think to move to thailand in a couple of years. Can you tell me if the public transport(between cities/town not inner cities) is good or if it' s tricky to go from place to place? Thank you again for sharing :D
I think it really depends on where/ how far you want to go. i.e., Take into account how much you have to bring, is anyone with you. Does it make more sense to fly or rent a scooter. It comes down to you.
don't you have some budget for go out of town, make trips to different province. Every two months you should travel the other parts of thailand. I recommend.
Hey Derek! I can't speak to all visa information but for us as US citizens we got a 60 day visa and were able to extend. I recommend looking up information with the Thai embassy!
@@AmandaKolbye1 Hi Amanda, I saw that for US citizens is only 30 days free visa in Thailand. So if we apply in the Thai Embassy we will get 60 days? But what do you say to the embassy? I mean the purpose of the visit. Is it tourism? Thank you.
Expect to lose at least part of it. I have lived in a half dozen countries and ALWAYS had trouble getting my deposit back. It’s a landlord thing and it’s international.
Hey! It varied month to month based on the categories listed in the video and if we traveled a lot or not so sometimes it could be less than $100 and sometimes a few $100⚡️
@@AmandaKolbye1 This is actually a good idea, I only opted for an expensive health insurance because it was already a requirement of entering Thailand so I decided to pay slightly more for something with good coverage than 50% less for a useless one.
