Cost of Roofing a Duplex in 2024 Nigeria 

You guys have built up my morale and taken away my fears of starting a building project. Something i thought was impossible to start and the funny thing is that I've been deceived over the years by friends that have completed building projects like this by quoting huge humongous amount of money that it cost them which by your clear and transparent detailed step by step explanations makes it easy to start a project. As someone that lives in the United States i would have completed similar project like this in real time because i have lavished money on certain things that have cost more than this in the past. Friends won't tell you the exact amount it cost them. Some will tell you it cost them $300 to $400M to build a 5 bedroom duplex like this which scares me a lot for the sake of having an abandoned project half way but with videos like this, I'm very much inspired and motivated to start ASAP..
