I like pubs, I like to travel, I drink Guiness and love islands, but did the Google algorithm really put that all together. I'm glad to learn the Irish etc. have another warm island to escape to, and to know when I eventually sail there I'll have some warm, fun folks to meet.

Guinness not worrying us just looking forward to the sunshine and the nice people.

You can't blame Brexit for Guinness not being there!!! I've been the brewery in Dublin at St. James gate, and they brew 2 billion euros worth of it a year! Nothing to do with import or exports of the UK lol

Hi Kevin enjoyed your vlog. We’ve just got back from Tenerife we we’re there for 2 weeks Scotch corner wasn’t open. We went to the Beer Garden, Thirsty Turtle, love the Coconut Bar and have known Derick the chef at the Irish Rover for a good many years we stay at Los Geranios next to the Irish Fidler.

Looks a bit like a ghost town now compared to the pre-Covid Tenerife I once knew. People still not wanting to travel because of all the hassle and can't blame them really.

Guiness is 6 euro a pint there so I'll probably sleep ok tonight with the bad news. Probably dream about 1 euro for a pint of beer all over the rest of the island. They do a nice irish coffee for 4 euro so can't be all bad.

Improve your English Scotty. There is so much more in Tenerife than the pubs and bars in the south. I spent 10 years there ....5 in the south and 5 in the north. If you dont want to learn Spanish or cant be bothered to do so like most of the retired old Brits the experience is very limited. Saving grace is the climate.
