Simple, to the point. I like that on a video. Some drag it out too much with needless chatter which I skip over anyway, hopefully I don’t use too much repetitive talk. We were there in January, walked up to the Mayan replica on the road out of the port and that’s as far as we ventured. Krazy lobster has 2 price menus...one in Spanish and one in English...you will be paying much more off the English menu and in USD. Pay in pesos if you can and tell them you want the price off the Spanish menu. Some items are 6 dollars USD more than the pesos price.
@@BucketListCruiseandTravel I was in Mahahual 6 months this year my friend has a massage table there at Krazy lobster, so I helped her sell massages to the tourists. They probably will be reluctant to give you the Spanish menu price....so tell them you are s good customer who has been there before and want the peso price. In Spanish it's.: Yo soy un buen cliente y quiero el precio de la carta español en pesos. Translated : I am a good customer and I want the price of the Spanish menu in pesos. I grew tired of the constant rip offs of tourists there. Arm yourself with knowledge.
Costa Maya is great and I'm not a Mexico fan. It is still fairly new to the cruise world and remains unspoiled. The people are nicer than other stops and the town is quaint. The golf carts are just right for the little toot over to the town, which is right on the beach.
Oh right walking is such a great idea. Maybe if you are empty handed and you love sweating. Why do you even call that an option. That is a stupid idea.
