Costa Rica sounds like my kind of place. You're speaking my language when you talk about healthy eating and healing with plants. I have been looking at different countries to spend a number of months per year and almost settled on Panama. I'm glad that I continued to search because you and other expats speak wonderfully about the beauty of Costa Rica and it's people. One thing that I've noticed in common with Costa Rican expats is that they have these huge smiles on their faces. I want that too. The activities that you talk about are just the type of things that me & my husband like. Walking in the forest ( him, more than me), walking on the beach, the music venues, going to see sloths. Wow I can't wait. I hope to visit early next year.

When you started speaking about the stars my eyes filled up with tears. Last year when I was in Puerto Viejo for a retreat, there was a clear sky. The sky was full of so many stars, there were many shooting stars. I layed in the grass with friends and watched the sky with them for hours. Thank you for sharing your experience. This video showed up on my youtube explore page in Divine timing. My intuition led me to San Jose this month, and I am enjoying my experience here, many things have been revealed to me. And now I feel called to stay in this land, but I feel a strong pull to return to Puerto Viejo. Hearing about your experience in Puerto Viejo with your daughter has really touched my heart. I sent my late son when he was 7 to Costa Rica because his young best friend and his parents moved there and never came back to the states.Well my Lil baby after two weeks did not want to come back 😂He loved the parrots ingunas beaches monkeys and just nature itself i had to somehow convince him that home was better and his lil sister would miss him ALOT 😂😢😊 How I regret it

I am also a vegan trying to go raw vegan and everything I’ve been seeing and the lifestyle I’ve been wanting to live Puerto Viejo seems like it would be the perfect location for me!
